      I have been harassed by this company for days now. They call my phone every half hour from 8 am to 9 pm. I had to call phone service and have a special app put on my phone as not to let these calls go through. I looked in my call log today. 52 missed calls from them in two days. If I want help with my insurance I will go to the social security office and fix it. My next step is filing a harassment complaint against this company.

      Constant calls. Some agents are great but hand off to "Rochelle" to confirm info and sign up. She is a creature from the Black Lagoon. Ruin my day, ugly!

      This company uses overseas phone calling services to repeatedly call and harass you for services. I have gotten to the point of filing legal action because no matter who I tell to stop calling they continue. These tactics are the result of a poorly ran, low ethical standards company just seeking to cold call until they get your compliance in purchasing their product. How despicable!

      My elderly mother and disabled brother keep getting harassed by Select Quote with continual phone calls wanting them to change their health insurance plan. They have been scammed by them numerous times to change their health plans. 4 people tonight called them and all of them were extremely rude and refused to take no for an answer. We are also filing a complaint with the Texas Department of insurance and the FCC. Once they get their hooks on the elderly they are persistent and harass you. Stay away from them!!!

      Forced me to change plans and wouldn’t put me back in original policy. Called within 24 hrs to cancel changes. Called Medicare and am stuck in policy not covering my needs. Brow beat me and rude on the phone. Rude rep named Tony talked to me like dirt.

      After applying for an Insurance Sales position with SelectQuote via Indeed and completing the necessary steps on their website on July 28, 2024, I received a call from recruiter Amber Herman on July 30, 2024. During our conversation, which was hampered by poor reception as I was in a less-than-ideal area, I provided detailed responses to her basic questions. With over 18 years of experience as an Insurance/Financial Services Representative and having achieved most of the required licenses to effectively serve clients, I found some of her questions redundant and her responses unengaged. Despite my qualifications, when asked about my Life & Health license, Amber informed me that there were no current openings, though she mentioned potential future opportunities in the final expense market and promised to keep my information on file. I inquired about positions related to healthcare or Medicare plans, but she stated that there were none available at that time. Based on my qualifications and experience, I believe Amber’s information was inaccurate. I would have preferred transparency and a straightforward acknowledgment if they were exploring other candidates. As a veteran of the US Army, I expect to be treated with the respect and fairness earned through my extensive experience. Upon returning home, I checked the SelectQuote website and discovered multiple positions available in my area, suggesting that my application may have been unfairly judged. I am committed to addressing this issue to ensure that all potential employees are evaluated based on their qualifications and not their race or any other irrelevant factor. Deron

      Only reason it's not a zero is they don't offer that option. Talked with an agent and explained I had been denied on a previous application due to innaccurate information in my health profile (obtained by an obviously unqualified interviewer). I had my personal doctor write a letter and address these mistakes and was still rejected. I went to SelectQuote and talked with one of their agents and was told that they do their own health exams and that the third party information would not be a factor. Great, right? No! They never conducted a health exam (even though it was scheduled and I had to accommodate their scheduling). When I called to find out why no-one showed up to conduct the exam, I was told that they would not consider me because I had been previously rejected by the other carrier! WTF? They outright lied to me. These people are just a bunch of lazy morons. They are not willing to do their own health review and don't bother to follow-up when it falls through. I guess you can see the other reviews and understand why they have a one-star rating. Don't waste your time.

      I was looking for life insurance. The salesman called me and asked me how much a made annually. I told him then he hung up on me. That was very unprofessional.

      I signed up for a policy and about 2 weeks later I called to cancel as I had qualms about the policy. My concern really intensified when the person answering the call just said hello ( no company name or her name). She said she would take care of it. Two weelks later the policy showed up from the insurance company and I called her again to make sure she had cancelled it and she said that it was taken care of and not to worry. Now the insurance company has attempted to take the funds out of my checking account and I had to contact the bank to stop the auto pay to the insurance company. When I called the Selectquote agent there was a generic phone message with no identification.
