Can not make online payments they only give you one payment skip where as other loan lenders give unlimited the rudest and most arrogant Ive ever dealt with will never apply for a loan there again!!!!Review from Cassandra D

I wish I had done more research before applying, but alas, I was desperate to avoid being evicted. First, the interest is INSANE. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. My rep was so RUDE when tried to correct him on something. He said I hadn't made a payment yet when in fact, I HAD. But instead of double checking, he cuts me off saying "no you didn't, no you didn't." So I went back to get the proof and then he's like " oh I guess you did make a payment..." I never want to speak to him again. I applied for debt reduction service and thank God for them. They are so nice and been so helpful through my financial struggle. Yet, if I dare miss a payment, not only do they harass the debt reduction service, the call me NON-STOP and threaten to involve attorneys. I have asked SEVERAL times for them to stop contacting me. It's one of those, you'll get your money when you get your money situations that I'm trying to fix. Been dealing with them for a couple years now and I URGE anyone looking into them to LOOK ELSEWHERE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.Review from Derrick S

They took me through the whole process of having to verify information and even approved me for the loan. Told me my funds would be deposited by the end of the day. Waited till 4:40pm to call me explaining that a new rep made a mistake in approving everything. How? When she constantly had to seen approval from her superiors at the office. Hope she knows how they threw her under the bus. First impression is everything and they failed.Review from Luke R

This company should be removed from existence. They have ruined so many lives and they refuse to help. They need to fully investigated by the *** for helping destroy people in need. I truly wish them the worst.
