      I placed an otder with this company on Nov.18,2022 and I have not received the product. My order no. is ****** I have tried calling and the message says to send on email. I tried to do that and it won't let me. It says the code is not valid. They have already taken the money out of my account. Thank you for your time.

      WE see the order, as noted on the site the item is and has been on back order for a number of weeks, it is not expected back in stock until early February.  Therefore, since they do not want to wait any longer, we have cancelled the order and issued a refund.  Regarding the buyer's statements, we show Zero calls from this buyer and Zero emails from the buyer.  Our phone number and email address is noted on the site ************************ There is NO Code, as implied by the buyer. Just send us an email like you would any other email. We have no idea what they are referring to.  The order is cancelled and refunded.

      Purchased a ****** ******* canopy tent, 2 chairs and a table for 249.99 on 6/29/22 order number *****. I received my package on 7/8 and the box was filled with squeegee heads. I replied on my confirmation email and told them what I received and it appeared I had been scammed and I would be notifying the authorities. I received a response asking for pictures of the box and label and was advised the merchandise was to have been shipped directly from the manufacturer. I sent several pictures and received a response stating the box had been relabeled by ***** and I had been incorrectly sent the wrong box. I was told I would receive my merchandise within 2 days. The original package was returned to the manufacturer by ***** and was signed for by * ******. I opened a trace and a claim with ***** and was denied because the shipper failed to add a signature request. It is not in dispute that I received a package, it was incorrect with different merchandise. I emailed the merchant again and was told a replacement would be sent out within 2 days. I still have not received any merchandise nor a refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card and it wad also denied because the merchant claims I received the package. ***** tracking number ************

      As previously noted in the communications, The ***** label attached to the package that the buyer claimed they received was removed from a different package at some point after if left the distribution warehouse and was attached to a package that the buyer states they received.  The buyer provided images of the altered label attached to a box of squeegees.  They ordered a Tailgate Canopy set.  The item tracking shows the package shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse in TN.  They do not sell squeegees and deny that they shipped the package that the buyer claims they received.  We are not sure if ***** altered the labels in transit or someone else in the delivery process.  ***** is investigating the claim but has yet to come to a decision on what they believe happened.  The manufacturer in good faith shipped a replacement set that was later recalled by the manufacturer and returned to their warehouse.  Someone altered the shipping labels at some point in the shipping process, either by mistake, possibly damage or intentionally, it is impossible to know exactly how it happened. Either way as we previously told this buyer the manufacturer has in good faith agreed to ship another replacement.  If should be in transit soon.

      I am rejecting this response because: on 7/7, I was told a replacement set would be sent out ASAP. On 7/9, I was told a set would be delivered on 7/10, did not happen. On 7/28, I was told a replacement set would be sent out 7/29 or 8/1 at the latest, did not happen. I do have an email dated this morning stating, "we spoke to the manufacturer again today, they have agreed to ship a second replacement hopefully today".  I do not understand why the manufacturer would have "to agree" to send my merchandise when this debacle has gone on for over a month now, I paid for merchandise that I do not have. I don't understand why a replacement set has not been sent out already.  Also, this is the first I am hearing of a recall.

      AS we previously noted, and as very clearly noted in the images provided by the buyer, someone, 100% altered the shipping labels for the package.  The tracking 100% proves that the shipment originated from the manufacturer, they do not sell squeegees and they state they did not ship the box to which the original shipping label was attached.  Someone altered the shipment by altering the label.  It takes time to investigate the shipment alteration. Once again, the manufacturer agreed to ship another replacement.  It will be arriving soon.

      I am rejecting this response because:I understand an investigation takes time, but the product was returned and signed for by * ****** on 7/12. 24 days is ample time to ship out a replacement or issue a refund. The investigation between you and ***** has nothing to do with me. ***** switching labels and returning the product to the shipper makes no sense. If the labels were switched accidentally, the package should have gone to an incorrect destination, just like the squeegees, not back to the shipper. The shipper receiving the package back and not reshipping another to the customer seems more fraudulent than just an honest mistake. You have my money, the manufacturer has my product and I have nothing. Please provide a shipping tracking number or refund my money. Thank you. Regards, ******* ******
