      My ac went out when it was hot outside, called them out to look at it and they showed up after 9 hours of waiting, they said my ac compressor was bad and needed to replace it. OK so had them give me estimate and had them order it, was told it all came in on a Friday before labor day weekend, so was told have to wait til day after holiday to get installed, ok that would be fine, going to replace heater to all suppose to be there. Got call tuesday morning that the furnace had not actually came in and they couldn't find where it was. Talked to them wednesday and said it was on truck being delivered that day, and it wasn't, they kept lying to me until Friday when I was told I just needed to find some other place to do job, after we sweated our butt's off for a week and half thinking we was getting what we was willing to pay for. I will never call them for any type of service they offer, bunch of low life crooks, and overcharge for services, no good

After conducting an internal investigation, we discovered that the furnace was indeed shipped to the wrong location, which caused the unfortunate delay. We also wanted to give you the option to proceed with the installation or explore other service providers based on your preference.
