We have had a terrible experience with this company. We replaced all of our windows and installed two sliding glass doors. Their quote was much higher than other bids we received, but we went with them because they promised the work would be done by the first of the year and we really wanted to enjoy our new windows and doors during the spring. The installation was pushed back several weeks and they accidentally quoted the wrong amount of windows which raised the price from their original bid. We paid the difference. Of the two sliding glass doors we had installed, one is the wrong size which creates a significant draft and neither of the screen doors has ever worked. They have sent several professionals out to asses this problem and all of them claim that the door is the wrong size and needs to be replaced and that the screen doors are basically garbage and need to be upgraded. They still have not resolved that issue. None of the employees have ever been able to make our screen doors work. It has now been almost six months and they still have not resolved these issues even though they promised a lifetime warranty and 100% satisfaction guarantee. The owner is extremely rude and hard to deal with. We would like to be compensated for our time without the use of these doors, the increase the draft is causing to our energy bill, and the days I have taken away from work to wait for a repairman to show up (including several times they never came at all after promising they would). We would also like the doors replaced/repaired so that they are functional.Business response

We have resolved the problems with the two sliding patio doors which were the correct sizes or
they wouldn’t have fit into the opening, one six foot and one five foot. With one door we
replaced the bad parts, and it works fine now. And the other door is being completely replaced
by the manufacturer with an upgraded more expensive model! I would hope that this makes them
very happy. Sarah filed this complaint when we were in the process of taking care of things.
Custom-made products have to be remanufactured and can take some time, but she wanted it
now. We carry quality products, so this doesn’t happen very often but if it does occur we keep
coming back or turn it over to the manufacturer and their people to solve the problem. Ms.
******** complains about missing a window in the pricing process. We always have the
homeowner involved with the measuring process and we verify the number of windows, doors,
etc. that we have in our total. So, this means that she also missed the window. If this does occur,
which is very rare, we catch it when we come back to measure the windows for manufacturing.
At least it doesn’t get left off. We have done everything in our power to make the Williams
happy. I don’t know about the ******** they haven’t returned our calls.Business response

Ms. ******** is continuing to complain about the wrong company. The manufacturer and the distributor have been working with Ms. ******** not All Seasons. I have been told that they reinstalled their best sliding patio door which is considerably more expensive than the original door that the ******** purchased. Apparently, the door was damaged in shipment and had a warped threshold. This is only hearsay as we are not involved with the Williams on going issues.

The owner of this company is still refusing to accept accountability for this situation. The manufacturer has a greed to replace and reinstall a new door (which still has not been completed because the original replacement door they ordered arrived warped), but the underlying issue is that All Seasons installed both of the doors incorrectly. Neither of them were square-which is why they did not work properly. The only reason the manufacturer is replacing them is because we have been waiting for ten months for All Seasons to correct this and they continue to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. We simply want the doors and windows we ordered LAST YEAR to work properly. They were installed incorrectly and All Seasons will not acknowledge or make any attempt to correct the situation.
