In November 2020, Appelhanz Roofing replaced my roof, but I had to pay for plywood (underlayment). After installing, I noticed a 3 inch gap between where the gutter should attach to the house. It has resulted in a significant leak in the roof. In order to prevent more leaking I installed a 3x3 inch diverter. I had Appelhanz come out to inspect the leak and they said it was due to the diverter that I put in, but the leaking was happening prior to my attempt to divert the water runoff. They will not do any additional repairs, although the warranty they offered is supposed to extend through November 2022. Please call me to discuss. Thank you.
