On 10/13/23. Tickets were purchased in error for Disney on ice .select a seat on line. March 23-24. Totally $105.92. After error was made, I immediately emailed select a seat, for a full refund 10/13/23. Then received email back from them that I needed to contact Intrust bank arena in Wichita ks.. So on sat. 10/14/23 I called several times in the morning 855-755-7328 (mind you every phone number they has the same recording) and realized it was closed. So I called back on Monday and talk with office lady @ Intrust bank arena, and explained that I needed a refund. She told me I needed to call with in 24 hours for a refund, then I told her that they were closed on Saturday, she said she would talk with her boss, then came back and told me that “that’s a hard no for a refund, I then ask to talk with her boss, she said he is in a meeting, so I ask for another boss, and she said no one is there to talk to, she then said for me to contact select a seat again via email. I then emailed them again, and select a seat emailed me back to contact Intrust bank arena, for refund, So I called them back again, then talk with *** front office who said to wait for select a seat to contact you in 72 hours. I then ask again to talk to the manager, she said there was no one available to talk with or to call me back. Today 10/17/23. I got an email from ******** at Intrust bank arena and she said in some instances we can do refunds , but this particular event does not allow it while , she is contradicting herself over again by saying it is posted on the website that she says all sales are final while another part of the website on select a seat, says why are you contacting select-a- seat and one of the choices is for a refund that is pending. I want my $105.92 because it is bad business to give a customer the run around, first of all, secondly no manager would even talk with me, and because I was lied to and misconstrued about the refund, also on the website you cannot see that sales are all final. And in the same wording say sometimes we can do refunds. That is senseless. Staff @ Intrust was not customer friendly and tried to lead me to believe there is no manager on duty or that could call me back. Not true. The managers there are **** ***** and ****** ****** and neither would talk to me. ( I know this from one of my friends now)Business response

To Whom It May Concern:
Our Senior Box Office Manager has attempted to call and email the customer via the contact information provided in the complaint we received from the Better Business Bureau. We plan to apologize for the issues that were encountered and offer a refund for the tickets that were purchased. We attempted to again call the customer again today (11/2/23) and the call went straight to voicemail. We did leave another voice message today and also followed up on our previous email in attempt to contact the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like a full refund of my monies. I tried to call Intrust Bank Arean ****** manager this to accept her apology and my refund at 8:18 am but there was no answer so I left vmail. thank you.
