Hello, my name is Carolyn ********. I want to file a claim against Mini of Wichita located in Wichita, Kansas I have provided documents for my claim. I purchase a vehicle on January 6 of 2023 from BMW Mini of Wichita. I asked them if they offer military discounts. The dealer acting like he didn’t know what that was They gave me $****** military discount I told him that is $**** military discount. The dealer told me that it’s $*** in Kansas.And every since then I have been having problems trying to get my paperwork so I can get my Tags for my Car. I have called multiple times to the dealership with my banker on the other line, trying to get this resolved , contact **** ******* Credit UNION because they also have documentation of the calls. the dealership would not give me a tracking number, and he refused to tell me who Third Party Tile work was being done by. One of the representatives said that they was the CEO I don’t understand it because what we had to do with me getting a title? So me and my bank call back the next day. Now we talking to another representative.. the next day, I got a representative about the conversation that I had a phone me and my banker the day before with someone who claims to be the CEO represented then tells me and the Banker on the Line that’s their is not a CEO there just managers and supervisors . Then I told him that that is not what the gentleman said the day before on the line. To me and the Banker and that is when Steve became very **** **** , and ************** . I wish I had never bought the car from there. I Don’t understand why the Dealer would send me something like this at 6:08 pm at night. I didn’t respond because I was not going to do that. Representatives need to go back to College getting on my Nerves *** ** **** ** ****** ******* * ****** ** ******* *****. I contacted my Bank and tax assessors office and I was told that I cannot do my own tax assessment, online like the Dealer wanted me to do. I feel like a victim..
