The sales experience was ok, even waiting 5 months for a vehicle, until the purchase was complete. It has been over 70 days and we still do not have our title paperwork. We live in OK and the dealership said Lexus had to pay the taxes and title the vehicle and we should receive it in about 30 days. After inquiring with the dealership several times we were told basically it was in the mail. Finally they admitted they outsource the title process and they had a backlog. How is the backlog supposed to be my problem? It is the dealership responsibility to follow through with the process, it is totally out of our control. Our temporary tag expired today and all we get is the run around from both the dealership and the title company and told its in the mail. If you don't live in Kansas don't purchase a vehicle for this dealership, you wind up parking it in the garage for who knows how long.Review from Gage M

it was good until it was absolutely terrible lexus of wichita does not hold themselves accountable for anything i bought a 2014 lexus is 350 F sport in september of 2021 clean title zero issues on paper so i thought it was a great car WRONG i've spent nearly 3 grand on new tires first time was an undiagnosed cracked wheel i wasnt told about and the tire blew on me because the tpms sensor was knocked the next time was due to another cracked wheel i didn't know about in the front driver side because the tire on it was "sealing the crack" so when i went to get new tires i was shown this problem and now i have to get another wheel fixed and do you think lexus has helped me with any of the issues from their lack of informing me NO i love the car it's amazing but it would've been nice to know about these issues before hand so they could've been taken care of prior to the amount of money i've spent on it i wouldn't blame someone else for my own wrongdoings but this isn't on me and i tried dealing with them about this issue before hand but never got a call back wish this could've been a good review
