I purchased a "*********** automatic litter box" from ****** on 4/3/2022. It worked well until 11/1/2022, then the motor froze up 1/2 way through the cycle. I have been attempting to use the 1 year warranty since then. After several emails and voice messages, I have not been able to get any reply or acknowledgement from the company.Business response
