  Took our yorkie in for a grooming with specific instructions and photos of what and how to trim her there was evidently no attention paid to what was shown or told to them on how to trim her it is the worst butchered up job If you want a professional grooming seek service’s from somewhere else they are horrible If you want a cookie cutter job and the way they want to cut it then this is your place Beware they don’t listen and you’ll receive a butchered up job

  The wife brought the yorkie in to be groomed and I talked with her about the haircut she wanted. She described to me how she wanted it and showed me a pic of the dogs face from a previous time. The pic showed a shaved face. I asked the wife if she wanted the face shaved like the picture since she showed me the picture. She said no but she wanted it trimmed. So I did the haircut according to the directions she gave me. After the grooming was finished, the wife picked up the dog and took it home. Then the husband called to tell me that I cut the beard short and he said they told me not to do that. He did not complain about any other part of the grooming, just that the face was too short. The husband was not here when the yorkie was dropped off and I was talking with the wife about the directions. So I told him she did not tell me that. He proceeded to call me a liar and said he knew what his wife told me. So the problem is there is a miscommunication between what the wife explained to me about the grooming directions and the haircut I did. The dog looked great and I am attaching a picture of the dog after the grooming. I provided a full service grooming including a bath, anal glands expressed, ears plucked & cleaned, toe nails trimmed and the full haircut. I do not give refunds on any services performed.

  To start with she was specifically told to trim her face not shave it. Like she said in her answer i did not do what she wanted 

  And was also told not to do the anal gland and her response was in her answer she did that anyway

  She can come back with what ever makes her happy but the grooming was not done as she was directed to do
