I’m with KFB insurance for 3 years. Last year, I call in to file 2 claims 1 for my work van 2018 Ford Transit the other for my roof due to hailstorms damaged. I brought the van to KFB inspection, the inspector was sloppy due to overweight, he insisted that he unable to go up more than 3 steps on ladder, so he only inspected the hood and told me to bring the vehicle to the body shop for the roof inspection and tell them send him a bill. KFB mailed me a check of $446.11 after $1000 deductible. Since I use this vehicle every day for work because a lot of tools I must have, I was unable to leave it at any of body shop up to 3 weeks to fix the damaged, I ended up accepting all the dings and moved on. About the roof, KFB sent Knight solutions, inspector told me that “there are some damages to your roof from hailstorms, but he doesn’t think enough to fight the insurance”. I closed a case. Earlier this year, there is another hailstorm arriving woke me up in the middle of night. I called in to reopened the claim for roof. I called the adjuster Warren Streeters to request for re-inspection. Again, they use 3rd party guys due to safety concerns, one already came the other is Seek Now and I don’t have any other choice. Inspection date booked on August 1, 2024 at 9 am with requested for Warren attendance. He accepted it but didn’t showed up, 30 minutes later he called to apologize due to “double booked” that morning. I contacted him, 3 weeks later, he already had the reports and promised I’ll know the decision in a few days, he never did, I called him Sept 6th, he said he will let me know Sept 9th afternoon. Nothing, I sent him an email on the 10th, nothing. I requested the agent to contact him, on the 11th agent called me said that Warren will getting back to me later that day, nope. Today is Sept 12, 2024. I’m writing this review asking BBB please help. Sorry for a lengthy review and apologies for bad English grammar because it’s not my native language. Greatly appreciated.
