on July 24, 2024 I dropped by 2021 Kona Nightshade off for new tires and oil Change. I was called a few times through out the day. My car had lug nut locks and no key could be found. I was told they could possible find the key but had no luck. So I received another call stating they could remove the star locks. I double checked it wouldn't damage my rims and approved the work. When I went to pick up my car I looked at the tires before walking in and there weren't any damages I noticed only that the new lug nuts didn't match the others. I went in to pay and the young man told me there was an $8.50 charge per lugnut I stated I dont' have an issue paying but the need to match. He agreed took them off my bill and stated he would find matching lug nuts. I got into my car Friday afternoon and moved some papers from my cubby whole and notices a piece missing near my gear shifter. I went straight to Marks I walked in and a worker was coming out of the back office I ask him if he could come look at something. We walked out to my car I opened the door and said what is that piece missing.. Instanly the man started with an attitude in voice telling me that part only is removed when ur car is stuck in park and a screwdriver is stuck in there to pop and release I said why the attitude he says cause I worked on your car and I didn't do that. I again said no attitude is needed it was there when I dropped it off, we walked inside and he stated that he would try and find the part I said TRY he said I don't say for sure. I called this morning, once again serious attitude he told me he would find my crap and send me on my way and hung up on me. I had previously ask to speak with the owner he promptly stated he was the manager Ben and I would never speak to the owner. Thats Wrong!!! I want my piece and my lug nuts.

Car arrived for tire replacement July 24, 2024.Aftermarket wheels were present with black aftermarket lug nuts, save for 1 CHROME locking lug nut per wheel. We asked where the key was to which we were told she had no key and didnt know she needed one.We got approval to remove them but said they would not be able to be reused. We replaced them with “acorn” style lug nuts CHROME in color. This was unacceptable to the customer to which we said we could get black lug nuts to match but she would have to pay for them. This was acceptable.Friday, July 26th,she returned and asked someone outside to "show us something."She opened the driver door, pointed to her shifter console and said we took her shift interlock cover from her console. She demanded one be reinstalled so"she wouldn't drop things in the hole.”She asked what the hole was.We advised it was a shift interlock provision for removing the vehicle from park if the vehicle had no power and needed to be towed.I advised a long tool could be placed in the hole and pushed for the interlock to activate to remove the car from park. She asked why this piece was removed,to which I said I had no idea,I had no issue entering her car and moving it during my time changing tires. She was adamant the piece was taken by us.I told her I would find her the items she says were missing,to which case she said she would not pay for.To keep tensions down I bought the requested items, called and told her they were on the way and would let her know when they arrived.Once arrived, she was called to get them.I asked permission to install the interlock cover, she agreed. She again asked how that could have been removed,I answered I had no idea,I did not work in this area of the car.She was supplied a set of 16 black lug nuts WITH LUG NUT KEY that she took with her but did not allow us to install. At this time 4 lug nuts installed on her car still belong to us.Ms.Kielbasa said thank you for the items and would be back for further business
