On 11/25/23 I ordered the 3 month premium subscription box. I received my first two boxes, but my last box, Order ******, has gone unanswered multiple times. I’ve tried emailing multiple emails and talking on their website with no reply. I just want a refund or the last box.Initial Complaint

I purchased a subscription in December 23. Payment was taken and the subscription box was only sent after I contacted customer service the next month which that payment was already taken as well. Only one box was received. And then the rest of the subscription months I was sad signed up for no payment was taken and no boxes were received either. Customer service has been contacted multiple times through their website and social media accounts and nothing has been resolved.Initial Complaint

I ordered “The Gift-Combo Birdie Bundle” for my husband for Christmas. I ordered 2 boxes to be sent on consecutive months. I ordered on Dec 7th, 2023 and received the first box on Dec 18th. On January 1, 2024 I received a confirmation email that order number #***** was received for $0. I assumed that was the second box and it would ship soon. But nothing was ever shipped. When I look up the order number on the website, it still says “order processing.” I sent a message via their website about a month ago, but I have not heard anything back from the company.Initial Complaint

I placed an order in January 2024 and the company’s website said it was to be processed and shipped by 1/15. I haven’t heard any updates, the website just says “unfulfilled”. The phone number has a full mailbox so can’t leave any messages, and no one ever answers the phone. Website online chat window goes unanswered time and time again. Even though the message says someone will respond within a few hours
