Beware of this Companies Service !!! They installed a pump under my home and did not correctly install causing over $20,000 in damage to my home. They charged for digging a vault for the pump which is over a foot above the ground ,meaning water has been standing under my home for over 2 years now rotting my beams and floor from condensation. I also called them out 2 months ago to check for a leak under my sink...They fixed a leak withing 15 minutes ,charged me and today I found out they did not address the other leak I did not know I had that has destroyed my under the sink flooring .I am trying to get a lawyer to see if there is something I can do about this companies negligence. I am a disabled person living on a fixed income and need compensation for the damages this company has caused not just once but twice now. The companies General manager offered me $2080 but that's nothing to the $20,000 savings I've had to pay out of pocket so far to try and save my home.

i am sorry we couldn't come to a reasonable understanding, but most of what is reported is disingenuous, if not completely false, due to being yelled and cussed at i was unable to convey information with any civilized conversation. The pump installed has kept standing water out of the crawl since installation, which is what those units are designed to do, obvious from the state of the crawl floor. The $20,000 foundation bill is ALL elective (dehumidifiers, encapsulation, upgraded sealed pump system, sealant, etc...) that will give you likely one of the nicest crawl spaces in our state as none of those electives were already present in this crawl space. Your second leak is unfortunate, but there is no way we can predict future leaks behind walls that may show up months down the road, and as of a few weeks ago, i can attest that this area was dry, but with water damage from your prior leak that had been repaired. The only portion of your crawl space upgrades that seem needed is the insulation replacement as needed in areas, mostly in the areas of you HVAC duct work, that was condensing due to the HVAC repair that had to have made. Once you stated that you would use all of the money that you've recently came into in order to ruin my company, as well as the livelihood's of the family's that we employ here, there was no further conversation to be had. We attempt to be more than fair in any customer solutions, but will not be bullied into unreasonable agreeance, by use of dishonest tactics.

Quick and communicative! Will be using them again! I didn’t have to wait long for service and they’re very open about their pricing!

I hired Shane Elmore plumbing to locate and repair natural gas line leaks in an older home that I bought. The technician that was sent to my home found three leaks and repaired them, But the line continued to lose pressure. At that point I was informed that I would have to have all brand new gas lines under my home to cost about $3500. As anybody would, I got a second opinion. I hired Brian Martin Plumbing from Bowling Green. They did an inspection and found three more leaks and were able to repair the leaks and the line maintained pressure. They charged me around $400. At that point I had to have Atmos gas come back to check it to make sure it was repaired before they would turn my gas back on. The gas company would not turn my gas back on because the technician from Shane Elmore plumbing put a flexible line through the floor going to the stove. I would think anybody would know that anything going through a floor or a wall would have to be a hard line and not a flexible line. When I called Shane Elmore Plumbing to come back and repair what they did thinking that they would be fixing their own mistake and not be charged, i was charged $475. When I tried to explain to the technician that he is the one that replaced the flexible line that had leaks in it with another flexible line which was incorrect, I was told that he did that because he knew that we were going to be putting all new lines throughout the house. I’m not stupid. At that point in time there was no way for him to know that because he would have to repair the leaks and then check the pressure in the lines to see if it maintain pressure. So if that makes sense, there was absolutely no way that he would know until he did the pressure test after the repair was done. So not only did they cheat me, overcharge me, and lied to me, they intended on running new lines in my house whether I needed them or not. They are a big company and I am a single older lady. They intended to take advantage of me.
