Hired Obrien to repair roof, and do repair my tenant's ceiling in her livingroom and haul away his debris. He repaired the roof and patched the livingroom ceiling. Part of the agreement was he would paint ceiling so you could not see it was repaired. I made a mistake and paid him in full before the work was completed. I was told on several occasions that he had no workers, then he had COVID, then he stop accepting my calls about completing the work (painting ceiling). One day I used my daughters phone and then he would answer because he didn't recognize her number. I went through all of this and he refused to paint the area as we agreed. He only painted around the patchwork. I want money returned for not honoring the agreement - to paint ceiling. I think $300 would be fair. He surely is taking advantage of this 95 year old. and I think Senior Services should be contacted so other seniors are not being mistreated
