Midwest Elite Exteriors made sure that I understood what to expect and what additional costs might come up, and there were no surprises. The job was started on the scheduled day and completed in the same day. Underlaying boards that were rotting were replaced at a reasonable cost. The attention paid to detail on the flashing, and edging is excellent. They even went above and beyond to deal with a failing chimney. The cost was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Not only do we have a beautiful roof but the clean up was amazing. The owner, Jeremiah A**** will treat your home and property like he would want his home treated. Landscape, sidewalks and porches were covered with tarps to protect them. Highly recommended!

Midwest Elite Exteriors provides a perfect combination of first class customer service and terrific work. A brief question about my gutters on ******** led to a full roof replacement(covered by insurance due to recent storm damage) and new gutters with leaf guard to protect from all the trees near me. Thanks to the extra mile to not only help with my gutter issue they were also able uncover additional issues caused by the storm and fully replace my roof. Our house was long overdue for a facelift. Working with Midwest Elite was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Curb appeal was important to me and Jeremiah explained my options and walked through cost differences, etc... Communication was excellent, Jeremiah was on site managing the project regularly, and finished in 3 days (thank you to the weather for cooperating). We are very happy with the final result. (Don’t just them for the porch post I still need to paint!)

Unbelievable courtesy and customer service. True professionals every step of the way. Midwest assist us throughout the entire process of storm damage claim and when all the dust had settled, new replacement of roof, vinyl siding, metal, and gutters around the whole house. Jeremiah and Midwest works harder than any contractor I’ve ever dealt with and I spent more than 10 years in home remodeling and repair. Five star review and deserves even more if there was another star I could give!

Midwest Elite Exteriors is one of the greatest companies I have used! They was very professional in working with me, the insurance company and putting my new roof on. I had wind and hail damage done to my roof in March of 2022. I hired another other company but they disappeared when it wasnt approved originally. They didnt want to fight ***** **** on getting me a new because ***** **** was dragging it out. Then I started contacting ***** **** myself and got the run around even after going to a manger. I contact ******** with Midwest Elite Exteriors gave him all the information from ***** **** and explained how the other roofing company disappeared. He started working on my claim and within 10 days after signing my contract I was approved for a new roof. ******** kept me posted with everything going on every time he said he was going to call me back he did. He stayed on top of the claim and made sure ***** **** did what they said they was going to do. ******** realized that the wood under the roof was damaged and needed to be repaired. He got in contact with ***** **** again and had that approved with 3 days. The day my roof was put on ******** checked in several times with me to let me know everything they was doing. The roofing crew was here right on time and worked late into the evening to make sure my roof was done in one day as promised. When they was finished they made sure everything was cleaned up and there was not even 1 nail left in the yard. Midwest Elite Exteriors and ******** was a life saver. This company is very professional, on time and everything they say they will do they will and go above and beyond. Again they fought my insurance claim that had been outstanding for almost a year and got it approved after the originally company disappeared.

I recently discovered missing shingles on my roof as a result of the high winds we experienced earlier this year. Neighbors recommended Midwest Elite Exteriors sharing the positive experience they had with them. Shortly after speaking with the owner, a roof inspection was performed. Pictures were taken to document the damage and share with me. The wind damage was more extensive than expected, so the entire roof had to be replaced. The day of the tear off and installation, the crew arrived promptly at 6:30 am to begin the work. They were respectful of the property and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Other than having a new roof, you wouldnt have known anyone was here.I am so pleased with the work performed by Midwest Elite Exteriors and would highly recommend them to anyone that needed a new/replacement roof. The owner made a point of staying in touch with me throughout the entire process. Everything was explained thoroughly, and all of my questions were answered.

Jeremiah and his team were amazing from start to finish. After a windstorm we wanted to have our roof inspected. Jeremiah did everything to make sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond and the level of service was just not something you see too often anymore. His team was very friendly and they were extremely quick. Their work was outstanding and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Not only the peace of mind we get with a solid roof, but it’s beautiful. Thank you again!

Everything was quick, from having Jeremiah come out for the consult, to getting on the schedule for the actual repair, the material delivery, and the work itself - full roof replacement in one day. Never did something not happen precisely when he said it would. He did all the needed communication with the insurance company too and was very responsive and polite. Roof looks great, can’t even tell they were here. Mess was cleaned up immediately and dumpster gone before I woke up the next morning. I cannot think of how this could have been better. Recommend!
