horrible customer service. like everyone else, i ordered a trial bag. apparently i was automatically “subscribed “ and received another bag and a $90 deduction from my checking account. i logged in to my account and it said i had NO subscriptions. then WHY am i still getting charged?? i spoke with customer service after i declined the last shipment and returned it unopened and she assured me my bank account would be credited. a month later, im still waiting. horrible, horrible customer service.Review from Brian I

I ordered a sample bag of probiotics to help my dog not knowing if he would eat it or not well it took me 4 weeks and several phone calls to the company to get it delivered it was only a sample bag then all of a sudden on June 26th this company decides to automatically Bill and tried to take out $89 from my checking account for an order that I did not place they in turn responded back very arrogantly and informed me that reading is fundamental this is a very poor company to do business with I do not recommend it whatsoeverReview from Theresa G

Like others who have entered a complaint about Dinovite, I am stuck with a second shipment of a product that doesn't work. I ordered Dinovite for large dogs. The package said to give it a whole 90 days before requesting money back. Prior to that 90 day cutoff, a second order was shipped. I didn't receive an email that it was coming. Had I received notice, I would have cancelled it. Instead, $88 was deducted from my bank account for a product that absolutely doesn't work. I can't even log in to see my subscription. I was told the wrong email was listed for my subscription which is puzzling because they seem to be able to reach me with the abundance of marketing emails they send. Dinovite, if you're reading this - your online chat assured me that my subscription has been cancelled as of today, 4/17. I highly suggest that you make sure it's cancelled. As for potential buyers of Dinovite, talk to your vet. Mine said this was a waste of money. She was correct.Review from Dotty L

I didn't receive any notification that the next order was about to ship. I am very dissatisfied with their service. I contacted the company they told me they only refund the first order. I get alot of junk emails from them, but no email letting me know the order was about to ship. They say no refunds on any order but the first order. This is bad customer service.Review from Michael M

I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst product and customer service ever. My dog refuses to eat this product until he's basically starving. When he does eat it, it makes him vomit. We've followed all instruction and suggestions and nothing helps. Dynovite will take the overpriced product back but they refuse to pay return shipping. They sell you a $90 bag of grass clippings with which they make millions but will not stand behind their product enough to avoid this bad review. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!Review from Christina H

We tried Dinovite for our 10 yr old Chihuahua who's been itching a lot. It didn't help at all and pretty sure it made her bowels loose. The company also sent charged us and sent a huge bag that were not going to use and after unable to send back. Do not recommend.Review from John S

Yep! I believe it is a scam. Our new Corgi ate it and turned into Cujo, I was told too much Magnesium, too soon. Any ways we had to dispatch him to a farm. Dino-vite then charged me like $62 dollars for a 3 month supply for a dog I no longer own. I wrote them and told them to cancel and provide a refund....Mary C. wrote back and said ..."Your order has been canceled and we should receive a refund in 10 business days". well it has now been close to 15 days, and no refund. Before I buy from new places now on, I will google the BBB for content.Review from Chawn C

Dinovite sent me another order and pulled money from my debit account without my knowledge/permission. I have tried the past week to contact by email x2, chat and their customer service call line x 3 and no response. I will work with my bank to resolve the future financial withdraws without my consent but the $115.00 they already took cannot be resolved unless the company communicates with me. This is robbery. I might need your assistance to get my $ back and I have not opened the order they sent me and am very willing to send it back.Review from Doug R.

BEWARE of DINOVITE I bought a 90 day supply for my little dog and before the bag was empty I got another 90 day supply, so I called to stop order and no one answered the phone and then I emailed 4 times requesting to end the shipments and received no answer. I dont need any more but it keeps coming and they won't communicate.
