Jason has done several jobs for my immediate family and other members of our family. His work is great and price is more than competitive. We are looking forward to having him do more work for us over the coming years as we develop our property and complete our home addition.

My realtor sent Jason to do some very minor repairs. When he was done I asked how much do I owe you. He said “not a thing, I’m doing this as a favor to Danielle. Now I have received a bill for $175.00. My son was present at the discussion. This is an example of bait and switch. I would not trust him in my house.Wentz Home & Farm Services, LLC Response

Hello Ms. ******, There has been a misunderstanding and some miscommunication about the work that I did at your home. I wish we could have spoken more about your concerns on the telephone that day but you were yelling and cursing at me. I take pride in my work and treat my customers property like it were my own. I did tell you that I was helping the realtor (Ms. Alford) by correcting the issues so your home would pass inspection, however I did not say I was doing the work for free. I submitted the invoice of my charges to Ms. Alford. I am not aware of the arrangements or conversations you had with Ms. Alford regarding payment of my services. I simply was contracted to complete a job (which I did promptly and successfully) and would like to be compensated for my work by whomever is the responsible party in this matter. As I mentioned before, I wish we could have spoken about this when you called, but you cursed and yelled at me and threatened my business and livelihood. I am happy to speak with you and Ms. Alford in a professional manner to help to clear up this miscommunication.Review from Susan S.

I always try to find local resources when I need work done at my home. Wentz Home & Farm fit the bill. Jason responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He was patient listening to what I was looking to have done. In spite of rain delays he got the job done in a timely manner, his fee was very reasonable and the work he performed clearing an overgrown gully has transformed the look of the property. Jason was careful to not encourage erosion and the monster brush cutter he used took saplings out like a lawn mower through grass. If you have any clearing work to be done I highly recommend you call Wentz Home & Farm.Wentz Home & Farm Services, LLC Response
