I ordered a ******** putter from the Golf Exchange in ********** location and the manager was acting extremely short with me to the point he placed the putter order and ordered all the wrong things on it, I caught this when I was miles down the road on the receipt, When I called he stated that they are closing and he will deal with it tomorrow in a rude tone, the next day the putter was cancelled. Moving on after that I went to the ******** ** branch to place the order and the worker ordered the wrong thing again, wrong color and wrong specs on the putter. I payed $400+ for this putter and you would think there would be some level of customer service with the transaction. Moving on I ended up leaving a 1 star review on google upon it posting a man named ERIC from corporate called, text and left voicemails threatening me to take the review down or else he would go on social media and make things up about me. I have done nothing to this man for him to make things up,This putter order not being able to be placed properly was the problem not me.So then he stated he would give me tickets to the golf Expo downtown Cincinnati if I took down the review,so I took it down,upon arrival to the golf show I was told by a woman at the will call desk there were no tickets etc. I put my review back online,I reviewed all of the golf exchanges I have shopped at and had problems,at that time he called directly and again threatened me with ruining my name online if I did not take it down,he also left a nasty voicemail. I will be leaving my new review up. But I need confirmation from this place that retaliation will not be taking place as I used google to leave a review it is a lawful act that people can do to voice positive and negative experiences. Golf Exchange needs to be held accountable for ERICS actions.Customer response

I also forgot this man Eric that was named in the complaint called/and text my home phone at 9pm at night which I find to be completely unacceptable and horrible customer service.

I would like my order cancelled for the putter and the money put back into my account,I do not want a merchandise credit.Customer response

The business refused to cancel the order. The consumer is now requesting that the business provide him a credit for 50% of the cost of the putter.
