Our home was damaged in a severe thunderstorm and I don’t know what we would have done without Jacobs Ladder. We reached out to dozens of contractors and services but so few came through or seemed legitimate. When we finally found Jacobs Ladder they solved our problems. They took care of everything from start to finish, and even stepped in to help me understand my insurance policy and rights when my adjuster left me high and dry. From the estimate to the finished project, Jacob’s Ladder went above and beyond. Very professional staff. Adam, the on-site supervisor, was very considerate, friendly and kept me informed about the work and progress. The crew put in a 12 hour day, to make sure the roof, gutter guards and cleanup were completed. Speaking of cleanup; the crew was constantly working to remove debris. I will not hesitate to recommend Jacob’s Ladder to friends and family for any roofing and repair needs!Review from Jeff B

Jacob’s Ladder did a terrific job replacing my home’s shingles. They worked with my insurance company to get a very good price. In the end, I got a great job and a new roof. Their work was fast and completed neatly. I would recommend Jacob’s Ladder to anyone in need of new shingles or roofing repair.Review from John S

Where do I start… we went with Jacobs ladder for our roofing, siding AND gutters and we were not disappointed. Not only were they quick on the job, they were highly professional and made sure they cleaned up their work area like they had never been here. We financed and paid with cash and they were very helpful and patient in waiting for those funds to go through. We would highly recommend them to anyone around.Review from Craig H

My experience with Jacob's Ladder could not have been any better. They resolved issues with my insurance carrier and completed work on my roof in a very timely and professional manner. On time, professional and efficient. I have a 3000 square foot house and my roof was on when I got home from work and it was like they hadn’t even been here. No shingles or nails laying around. Everything was perfectly cleaned up. They also showed me pictures of the install before i paid last payment. Best roofing business around if you ask me. They also put a roof on for my cousin and he feels the same way. Highly recommend Jacob’s ladder
