I was told I won a $1000 prize by email, and I needed to confirm it which I did, and everything seemed fine. I waited a week for the form to go to the notary but instead I got a disqualification email saying names did not match and that was it. No chance to correct any mistake or any information to know what happened. I am disabled and if I made an error, I would like to know what it was. This was handled badly. I replied to their email asking for details but nothing back.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I need a contact name, email or phone number for ********** because I am getting the run around from them. I have contacted their customer service, tried to get legal team but put on hold and disconnected, messaged their Facebook page and no response and still waiting for this to be addressed.

Back in September, I received an email informing me that I had won the ********** ***** ********* giveaway, with instructions to complete the form within 48 hours. I submitted the form right away but didn’t hear anything back. Concerned, I double-checked the form and reached out to Fooji to make sure everything was correct. They confirmed I had done everything right and told me to expect an email by the end of last week. Unfortunately, that email never came. Today, I was shocked to receive an email saying I’ve been disqualified. How does this happen when they already have the winners' names and emails? And why aren't the forms designed to only allow one submission? This is really disappointing, especially because the prize money was something I really needed.Business response

I have been in back and forth communication with the company Fooji as requested for me to reach out with them by ******* *** to rectify a situation. I entered a contest to win a Taylor Swift cup through social media and it said that I won but I had a technical issue with the app so it crashed in between and then it told me "Try again" after already saying that I won. I am just making this so that hopefully I am sent the cup that I won and I have been back and forth with support while they say they are checking this out but I feel like as longer time passes the situation is being brushed to the side. I will be super upset if I don't receive the cup that it said I won. I was so excited and now I am just cautiously optimistic. I am taking care of my stepmom while she's on ******* so this made me happy and now I'm just confused. I hope Fooji is able to honor this and rectify The situation like I was told by ******* *** customer support it would be. Thank you so much.Business response

Thank you for looping us in with the complaint from ***** ******* on November 16th, 2023. She participated in the ******* *** x Taylor Swift 1989 promo where Fooji was fulfilling custom branded tumblers November 8th. We had a conversation with ***** to let her know that the “Try Again” status is what fans receive when they haven’t been randomly selected to receive a sweepstakes delivery. She was upset because she thought that she was randomly selected, but that wasn’t the case.
We reached back out to her on November 24th to let her know that we’ll be able to fulfill her request for a delivery as a one-time courtesy, and we’re attaching that conversation to show that the issue has been resolved. Please let us know if there’s any additional info you need from our end in order to have the negative review removed?
