I am representative for ******* ******** ******* ****** ***** We originally sent communications to Time2Bounce requesting a donation of their inflatables for a upcoming fundraiser. Their response was that they have used all their donated contributions for the year. With continued email exchanges I acting on behalf of ***** agreed to paying funds for 2 Inflatables for our event. A check of $450 and a additional check for $50 for a refundable deposit was mailed to Time2Bounce. A contract was never presented to me. On Wednesday Nov. 2nd the company sent a email with the time they would be at our Nov 5th event for setup. Then on Thursday they emailed me stating the winds were predicted to be more than their speed limit to install them. We understood that and don’t have a issue that they canceled due to safety. The issue is they refuse to give ***** money back ($450) for services not received. At no time when booking did they state a refund/cancellation policy to me. They also were fully aware that this was a fundraiser for 2 ********* ******* ******** athletes who have been selected for SO World Games. When requesting a refund they first stated a policy that they never did when booking. Then in further conversation I was told that the “Board” would need to be spoke to, then another email stated the person needed to speak to the “Co Owner and Accountant “ and would get back in touch with me that week. That was 3 weeks ago. I have sent 2 emails since asking for a update and I have recovered zero response from either email. I do have all the email exchanges if neededCustomer response

Hello,
I did receive a email from Time2Bounce on 11/29/22 stating they would be issuing a refund. However, as of today no refund check has been received.
