      My experience with Lexington Blue, Inc. was pretty amazing. The team explained things very well and they did great work. We had repairs made to our roof and the job was completed in one day. Lexington Blue, Inc. is on my list of contractors for future use and I would definitely recommend them!

      I signed my contract with them in early April, and they promised that my roofing project would start in May. Since then, I have called them several times and the last time we spoke, they said they would definitely start my project August. As of today I still have not heard from them, they have not started my project and I cannot get a return phone call as to when my project will start. I have requested a refund of my deposit because the latest storms caused additional damage to my roof and I need to get it repaired as soon as possible. And I still haven't received a returned phone despite the mesaages I have left. I feel like I would have to get a attorney involved to get my money back.

      Quick response time, professional, thorough, and nice! They showed me photos of the problem area, & they didn't oversell me. Their quality workmanship and outstanding customer service truly impressed me. I highly recommend Lexington Blue, Inc. to anyone in need of roofing or repair services.

      Lexington Blue this company is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my 55 years of life! Alex the office manger is horrible he talked awful to me & lied & charged me a made up amount for interest bc I have been at my wits end with this company for over 2 years! Eli did my quote & they fired him bc he was trying to help me get my roof, siding, fence, shed damage! They never call you back they say there always in a meeting! Alex is rude unprofessional & bold face lies they never try to do anything for the customer. They CASH your insurance checks & lie & tell you that they will call you back to schedule the instillation which is a lie!!! you have to go in the office & sit there until you get on the schedule! They took my siding off my house 2 times & lost it they couldn't match the color & didn't want to replace the siding that they exposed that cause damage to my house! When you ask to speak to the owner you can never talk to him. Alex tells you he's the head man in charge after they have already fired staff twice in 2 years. I don't know whos pockets this money is going to the made up amounts they tell you owe! They never take ownership in anything wrong they do! Alex needs customer service training & STOP trying to take peoples money for made up amounts! If anyone is ever needing a roof please don't ever use this company!!!

      After getting multiple bids, I contracted with Lexington Blue in June 2022 to replace the siding, facia board and soffits on a residence. We made the required 50% deposit with the execution of the contract. We expressed our desire to have the work completed by the fall of 2022. We understood at that time the work would not likely be done until September 2022 to which we agreed. The work was finally completed in August 2024. We made repeated, documented attempts by phone, text, and email to contact the company regarding the status of our project. The company was generally nonresponsive. During this period, we received two collection notices for nonpayment for work which had not been completed. We were very patient. Each time we made contact and were told progress would be made; the company failed to follow through on its promises. This company clearly has operational issues and appears to have significant employee turnover based on the number of individuals we interacted with over the two years it took to get the work completed. I suggest you look for another company for your roofing and siding needs. Lexington Blue was nothing but disappointing.

      Lexington Blue, Inc. team did a great job for our building. We needed a roof replacement, and the quote was competitive the word was high quality, and the Lexington team is a great communicator. They were professional and efficient. Answered all my questions, and the quality and extra care they provided were amazing. Not to mention the quote was final price so no surprises. I highly recommend their company!

      I’ve been in cahoots with Lexington Blue for over a year and have waited to write a review in hopes that they will make things right and actually finish their job. A storm ripped through our neighborhood in July of 2023, and a few days later a Lexington Blue sales representative came knocking on my door. He offered a free inspection to see if there was any storm damage, and lo and behold, he found some! We submitted the paperwork he filled out to insurance and got our insurance to approve the job for a specific amount. Lexington Blue asked for us to pay 50% of the cost up front, so we got the check from insurance, and did so quickly. By the end of July, we had chosen the color of our shingles, signed all contracts, and they had THOUSANDS of dollars from us. Daniel told us we would have a new roof in 6-8 weeks, and we would get about a week’s notice before. They were quick to take our money, but it took until JANUARY 31 for us to finally get them to install (just before our contract expired). At this point, we were 6 months post our initial encounter with Lexington Blue, and they had been sitting on THOUSANDS of dollars for about 5 months. BBB is not giving me the space to write the entire breadth of what happened, but in short: 1) it took us months to get a team sent over to fix the issues we had 2) the team spoke no English, they were not given the supplies to fix it properly 3) Lexington Blue stopped replying to us at all but sent us an invoice for $3000 higher than our contract amount and no credit for the hot tub cover they destroyed. It’s been over a year since we initially worked with them and the job is not done. My husband has tried multiple times to get a hold of them since the invoice came in, and so have I. We’ve called, texted, and emailed to no avail. At this point we are at a stalemate, and I have no idea what needs to happen for this job to get done.

      I wanted to take the time to thank Daniel from Lexington Blue for making my recent roof replacement an enjoyable experience. Daniel was very professional, keeping me up to date throughout the process. Daniel communicated regularly with my insurance company from start to finish. Daniel’s proactive approach made the process go much faster. On the day of the replacement, the crew showed up on time and followed our agreed schedule exactly. There were no delays or hiccups. Dustin made sure that everything went well during the installation. The crew left the house perfectly clean and made sure I was completely satisfied with the roof before they left. The next day, Kamron from Lexington Blue did a post-installation inspection to make sure everything was ok.
