Contacted the business for an estimate and was advised by ***** ****** they needed to see the area to give a proper estimate. Called back and left a message for ***** on July 1. Did not receive a call back. Called back on July 7 and spoke to ***** about getting an estimate. ***** advised they had a standard pricing and did not need to see the area. He advised he would mail the estimate. We hung up and I remembered a question and called right back. I left a message for him to call me back because I forgot to ask him a question. He has not called nor sent the estimate 11 days later.Business response

Pursuant to my conversation with Mr. ******* at the Better Business Bureau, we addressed Ms. ***** concerns in the following manner. Mr. ****** responded by mailing a new copy of the quotation to Ms. ***** on July 27, 2022. Additionally, Mr. ****** contacted Ms. ***** on July 27 and August 1 to follow up with her regarding any questions that she may have. Mr. ****** was unable to reach Ms. ***** via phone. He has not heard from her as of this morning. He looks forward to clarifying any of her questions regarding the quotation.
