Today, 9/6/2024, my wife got home a discovered our AC had stopped working and the temperature was above 80 degrees in our home. At 3:30pm she called Robbins Heating & Air here in the Louisville KY area to have a technician come out and fix our unit. We have had a service contract with them for years, bought a whole new unit from them about 5 years ago as well basically we have used them for all our heating and air needs. My wife checked with the company representative repeatedly as was told a tech would be out soon. At about 7pm their phone went straight to voice mail and as of 8:30pm still Nobody has shown up. They advertise that they are open 24 hours and have emergency service but here we are still waiting and only able to leave voice messages on their phone. Needless to say time to find a new company that will do what they say and what they advertise.

Mr Hedrick, My service tech assured the office that he was on the way to this call. I wasn't aware that he didn't complete the work order until the next morning when I took the messages off of the answering service. I called Mrs Hedrick around 8:30 am and did the repairs later that morning. I have dealt with my tech and will make sure this doesn't happen again. I can give you my direct number if you want.
