On 2/24/23 I entered into a contract (attached) to launch a product for sale on Amazon between 12 but not exceeding 16 weeks. After constantly tracking down our representative to obtain the status of our project, we were advised on 7/12/23 that the sample product we were working on was not able to be shipped to USA due to the fabric being military grade. We expressed our frustration and that the timeline was totally off from what was guaranteed in the contract, but decided to try and be patient and give the representative a second chance. The work ethic remained the same. I constantly was chasing after him to get updates (all documented through *********, get tracking numbers of samples, etc. After reaching a total of 28 weeks, we decided to terminate the contract. I advised our rep we were terminating, and advised he would contact management (which he stated he did on 9/16/23). Upon contacting him multiple times for the status of the refund his response to us was: "It will take some time as I told you I have to pay back every single hour I’ve worked and after months of working on your project after we had this reversal discussion you’ll understand I’m not thrilled with your sudden termination." I stated to the rep that we entered into a contract with Tactlaunch, not him, personally so that is of no relativity. I have also contacted a rep on their website through their "chat" box (because I wanted to speak with management but my requests for a contact have gone unanswered. The rep on the site advised I send all the info to the email address provided here with the subject line of MANAGEMENT, to which I did yesterday, but have not received a response. All communication attemps with my rep and now on the webiste chat box are going unanswered. The payment to Tactlaunch was made through Payoneer to "***** ****** *****" - if this is of any help) Please advise how to proceed. Thank you!
