December 5 2023 I sold a new refrigerator ***** ********* sales and services because i wanted a bigger refrigerator for $200 and that was going towed a $500 used refrigerator i $300 +$100 delivery fee i have receipt my refrigerator stopped two days later. It would not freezer Perishables were lost ($100) the owner and also the person that sold it to me kept sending worker to fix the refrigerator, but it was never fixed. When i called ****** he said not to call him anymore to call his worker name ***** that he had nothing to do with in anymore.***** said the compressor went out he said that he would order one. I called owner back after waiting from the end of December to the end of January for a compressor it never came. So owner offered me another refrigerator the french doors he said when i got their it was not working the side by side i told him it had to be fixed the bottom part of the refrigerator it was gone i could see the floor under refrigerator. When he had it delivered on march 21 it was still broken. I told his worker not to take it off the truck. I tried to call the owner he would not answer the phone so i sent it back. The refrigerator that i sold him came with the house that i bought throw the First Time Home Ownership program in October 2023. I need the owner real name so i can file court paper. I had to kept fan in back of it so it can stay cool for monthsInitial Complaint

Feb 29 I purchased a used dryer for $325 ( 250 + 75 delivery fee). I asked did it come with a warranty and was told yes. 30 days. First issue we couldn't get it to start. Employee was unsure how to start it. Second issue dryer stopped tumbling. Replaced belt. Same day belt was replaced dryer stopped working completely. Contacted store was told it would cost me between 50-100 Dollars for them to come check. I said it's still under warranty, I've only had it for 2 weeks. Was told we don't do anything for free. Asked could I just swap it out for another dryer since I'm having so many issues with this one. Was told no.
