I made a reservation for 5-22-24 to 5-27-24 through a travel agent who used ******** The travel agent called and asked them to hold the room and we'd be there 5-23-24 then called back and cancelled the reservation. My sister was admitted to the hospital 5-20-24 (she was to go with me.) I thought she would get better but things took a turn for the worse. ** ******* ** **** ** *** *** ****** ** ******* *** **** ****** **** **. The hotel at first said we were a no show and then changed their story when I got my credit card involved and they presented a paper saying we checked in and out. I have text messages proving that I never left Virginia. I know I need to pay one nights fee because of the no show but not the entire amount.
