Went into the place, and they were busy but was told there was a 45 min wait for a table when clearly there was some available but that we could eat at the bar, so we agreed, took waitress ten min to come over to us she took our order and a hour went bye with only breadsticks and our drinks but no food that we ordered, and everyone arould us was getting their food, so we told waitress we wanted our bill for what we had it came to 16.50 then we left, 5 days later Im checking my bank account and the waitress added 5.00 tip to my ticket I did not autorized this as I belive we received bad service, We will never eat here again. Learn to treat people better.

called in a to go order for delivery from the main street location. After giving the woman on the phone my cell number an explaining they will need to call when they arriving. i asked how long and price(she gave a price of 20.99 for a medium mama bearno and said it would be about an hour, the computer indicated they were not busy at this time). after an hour an a half i called to see where the pizza might be. the same woman on the phone said she had no order and kept saying she would remember this call and said she had no call at this time. I had a call log of what time i had called. she continued to say she has no call at this time. after a lengthy conversation, she agreed to put in a rush order and that the pizza would be no charge. about 26 minutes later, i receive a call from someone who said they were the owner, he stated again that they had no order at this time, he continued to repeat himself and this point. i asked why he was cllig me a liar and that i could show him the call log when he arrived to our offices. he then stated the pizza would not be free because he showed no one had ordered at this time. again i told him i could show him when i called and that i would not be paying for this pizza. he was rude and i felt i was talking to someone with little to no business skills. i told him he could keep his pizza and i would find someone else to speak with at a later date. i do notice bearnos has absolutely no customer service support or corporate mailing or numbers. i can now see why. very poor business practice. i would get a red baron frozen pizza before dealing with this company again.

Have ordered mama bearno’s for many years. Called in a takeout at the hurstbourne location and was told 20 minutes. Arrived in 15 as I was in the area, and the pizza was already in the warmer up front. Think I got a pre made product as it was stale and cold. I checked the online menu for prices but was charged $5.00 more. I asked the person up front and was told “Well everything is going up”. Asked for an updated take-out menu and he got me one that was from April. Just not the quality and service that I have received from other locations

If you want to pay $30 for a pizza only to get the wrong pizza delivered to you, then you should order from here! If you want to be called a liar by the GM (Danielle) when you call back, then you should order from here! Apparently Danielle IS the end all/be all of Jeffersontown Bearno's pizza and there is no one above her. I guess that is why she thinks it is okay to literally argue with customers on the phone, tell us that they can't just "give out free pizzas" and that is why they would need to take back the wrong pizza (SERIOUSLY?! So they can eat it or throw it away?), complain about food costs, and generally be obnoxious. I spent $75 on one pizza, a salad, and some breadsticks and the pizza wasn't even right. I will never spend another penny here, so I hope Danielle's obnoxious and condescending attitude was worth losing a customer over. I'm sure the Health Department would love to know that they are bringing half eaten pizzas BACK into the kitchen just so they can prove that the kitchen made a mistake. I am utterly appalled at how this "GM" (I use that term loosely) handled this situation. It's a wonder she hasn't ran off every customer.
