On 2/23/24 Maeser Plumbing installed a new water heater in my home. I was told by the Technician the office would schedule an inspection with the City, and let me know. Months went by without any notification from Maeser, I’ve called over 15 times in 7 months, and no one responds to my concern, they just send me to voicemail. It appears Maeser doesn’t care about the City of Louisville inspection rules, nor they’re paying customers.Business response

I'm sorry that this hasn't been inspected by state inspector. This will be handle and the inspector will reach out to you to set up time will you. Again my apologies.
