I entered into an agreement with the owner of Paulies Jinks Plumbing Services LLC, **** *****. He was supposed to perform services that included demo and installing fixtures for a bath and half and kitchen plumbing installing sink and laundry room hookup for the washer and dryer. He was supposed to install all the new water lines. I gave the owner cashier checks for $2,100.00 and $2,900.00 7/31/24. to start the installation of the pipes as stated in his proposal and agreement. The plumbers never finished the work that they were supposed to perform, in fact they cut holes in my floors to install pipes without my authorization or my consent., They never repaired or replaced the wood they cut out of the floor which left two or three gaping holes in the floor that have to be replaced to complete the work. They took things out of the homes thar were not supposed to be removed. I tried several times to contact the owner to tell him that he needs to complete the job or refund my money. He has not returned the call; he has ignored my emails and text, His plumbers also installed the line for the washer and dryer in the wrong place, in informed him about this but he did nothing. He later terminated his plumber therefore it was no one to complete the job. I have called him several times to complete the job because we cannot move until it is done. He has caused all these delays which have cost us money and caused damage to my home. . This has been a horrific experience because of how the job was done by his plumbers, not sure they were even licensed.

We have come to an agreement with *** ********, received payment, and are now returning to her home to complete the work.
