Went online at 2:06PM and placed an order for the following items: Jerk Chicken Spaghetti Jerk Wings & Oxtails Caribbean Cabbage Corn on the Cob Said that the order will be ready at 2:45PM. My husband went to get the food. When he got there none of the food was ready, they had not even prepared the food. Then he proceed to tell my husband that they do not sell Oxtails on Tuesdays. They didn't give us no phone call, didn't even have it online. It let me place an order for the food and all without telling me that it was not available. Since none of the food was ready my husband told him that we do not want the stuff it already been 45 minutes and none of the other food was ready. I do not appreciate waiting until we get there to tell us that they did not have the Oxtails and plus it was a waste of gas and time going over there with none of the other food is ready. I paid for the items with my credit card it charged my card $ 76.85, that I am now out of. I want my money back ASAP!! This is ridiculous that they could not even call to let us know this or offer me a refund!!!
