      I submitted an order on the online app and when I went to pick it up the store said they had to close early because they were short staffed and assured me I could pick up the order tomorrow. The next day no one could find my order and it says it was completed on the app. I submitted a complaint on the app but have not received any response.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although the refund was for the amount I paid, I also used a lot of points on the app that were not refunded. However I don't think it is worth the time trying to figure out how to get those refunded as well.

      My son and I went to order food thru the app which said they had no Internet so we went inside there was like 5-6 people kinda working I had to wait 30 mins for my order they got my office wrong the lady got mad at the coffee machine that she threw the top across the floor alot of people were complaining and taking photos the half hour I was there they had fries sitting out they were using those to put in customer bags had sandwiches out too I have pics it was disgusting I bet they have mise there I complain to the person working they didn't give a crap so many people were mad and taking pics

      Just had the worst drive-thru experience ever. So my sister ordered some food, when she got to the window they said to wait after taking our order , so she though they meant to go wait at the window.When she got there, a guy about 15-18 opened the window and said " I told you to wait by the speaker" ,my sister is a super nice person so she started apologizing saying she only heard to wait so he said " whatever it's too late now", then when he gave her the food she told him to "have a great day" while smiling! And he interrupted her and said "next time I tell you to do something you do it"????while appearing super annoyed. Likee there was literally no one else in the drive-thru , I worked in food service before so even if he was having a bad day , that was NO WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER,she was literally being so nice to him. So I filed a complaint on the taco bell website but they haven't even replied back to me.

      Taco Bell never gave me my second order that I ordered through ******** and they told my driver they didn’t see my second order, and when my driver got to me she advised me of Taco Bell’s mistake and Taco Bell said another driver would have to come get it, but that wasn’t an option. ******** won’t issue me a refund and nor will Taco Bell even though they know if their error. I spoke to the employee personally.

      On 9/20/24 at 11:20pm I received a mobile order #****** for ***** ****, from Taco Bell. I was handed a urine colored ******** *** at the window, which immediately made me suspicious of possible contamination or tampering with my order. The employees had told me they had tasted it and tried to get me to taste it in front of them as well which seemed a little fishy. I declined and had to ask for a separate drink. I am a former employee of a separate franchisee so I am well aware that this is completely unacceptable, so I contacted my previous manager and was told not to consume the order for food safety reasons. She told me a few possible reasons for this happening, and also gave me an option to reach out to the store but after multiple attempts I have heard nothing back thus far. Fearing potential tampering with my order I have also reached out to the **** ****** ****** ********** but have not heard back thus far. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the store as well as local resources for failure to so much as follow up. I do still have the full order in the event it is needed for any reason but seeing as it has few days I find it unlikely. At the very least I wish someone would look into this occurrence and respond back to me. Any follow up would be appreciated by reaching me at ********************

      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant on 9/15/25. My experience was disappointing, and I believe it is important to bring it to your attention. During my visit, I ordered nacho fries, but unfortunately, they were served cold. I politely asked for them to be remade, as I expected fresh, hot food. Instead of addressing my request, I was told by your staff, "we’ll refund you." When I asked why I couldn’t simply have fresh nacho fries, ******* one of your employees, responded rudely, saying, "we aren’t going to make fresh fries just for you." Her response was not only dismissive but also accompanied by unprofessional behavior. ****** rolled her head and neck in a manner that seemed disrespectful, and when I expressed my discomfort, she stated that she was going to continue doing it. This encounter left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I visit your restaurant regularly and have always enjoyed the food and service, but this incident has made me reconsider my future visits. I hope that you can address this issue to ensure that future customers do not experience the same treatment. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.       On May 21st, the Taco Bell App showed I had a special 5-dollar offer in the nearest restaurant on 8625 4th AVE, Brooklyn, NY11209. When I purchased, its changed to 6.68 dollars. I finally paid 7.27 including tax.

      On Oct 21 2021 I went to this local to get breakfast. When I did so I received my order and when I got home I saw that everything was wrong and incorrect. I decided to call up their location to speak to them about the issue if I should drive back or not and the worker on hand decided to get very nasty and snotty with me. Then he decided to quickly disconnect the phone and not really help me when I decided to call. When I got into the location about the order that was wrong there was only 2 staffworking at the moment. So I leaned over-the-counter or stood behind either way to tell them that I was there waiting for them. One of their staff members got very aggravated at me and he said I'm not dealing with this I'm just gonna call the cops. So I said for what and he said because I stood behind the counter and I said yes for a second to let you know that I'm here. Then I told him there was no time you asked me to move and I denied not to move I stood behind the counter to let you know that was here because there's only 2 people here working. He said I don't care I'm gonna call the cops. Well 9/13/24 and 9/14/24 I called that Location asking to receive paperwork for that event because their head office told me to do so. On the 13th A worker picked up the phone and she told me to call back later on so I did so but nobody picked up. The next day I called and a worker picked up again and she told me to call later on. So I did. The first attempt nobody picked up but later on somebody finally picked up. The person that picked up the phone only said hi this is Taco Bell ****** ****** and I asked him for his name and he thought that was very odd. He told me it was ***** And his store manager ***** was standing behind him and for some reason coaching him what to say. I was attempting to ask them to help me with this issue but they weren't willing to do. So I need the regional to give me a phone call about these 2 issues as soon as he or she can.

      This is opposite of what they said on the phone with me a few weeks ago.  They told me on the phone that they're not liable for what their stores do because they're a franchisee. They also said  If I need any information about this case I have to contact the store and I notify them how the store is not willing to help me. Then she told me that she was gonna speak to the store for them to personally reach out to me what they have never done whatsoever. Not to mention if I attempt to call them there are no help or they say that they're not available.
