      I overheard a manager and or shift lead tell an employee that discussing wages is a firable offense despite it being federally protected. I've visited this place for many years and have never heard anything like that said before.

      I ordered food on the Taco Bell app 3 days ago when I got to the store I was told they were out of food due to a truck delay I feel this should be addressed on the app I wrote them 3 days in a row no response the guy in the window told me I had to go back to the app to cancel and get a refund it wouldn't let me cancel the order and took my money.

      We went to Taco Bell on June 16th, 2024 (about 2 weeks ago). We ordered through the drive through. When we got home with our food, we realized there were 5 items missing from our order. And 1 item in there that we didn't order. We immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, Chris. He told us to just ask for him next time we were in and he would take care of us. I wasn't sure about that solution because what if he wasn't there when we stopped in. So, I emailed a complaint. I waited about a week and never heard back (except the automated reply saying someone would contact me). We did go back to the same store and again ordered food through the drive through. When we got to the window, we asked for Chris and he was there. We explained what had happened and he grabbed some book and had no record of us/our issue. So, he said, I'll just make those items for you now. Um no, we already ordered food and don't need 5 more things. A credit would have been nice but he did not offer that. Just kinda stood there. So, I said forget it, we can figure it out next time and we paid for our food and left. Then, I sent another email...got the automated reply and still waiting on a response from the first and 2nd email. Right now, I am currently on hold with the 1-800 complaint line and have been for 27 minutes. So, I'm about to hang up and really would just like to be reimbursed for the items I paid for and did not get. I would like a gift card for any location as I do not wish to go back to the one I originally did. I've seen sooooo many complaints about customer service resolving these issues that I felt this was the only way to get my money back.

      I was a customer at the Taco Bell in Borger, TX yesterday, and there was absolutely no air conditioning in the building. It was probably 100 degrees inside and 104 outside. All of the employees looked completely drained and mentioned that it had been like that for a few days now. Its inhumane to make someone work under those conditions especially in a food environment.

      I went though the drive thru in Gordan drive in Sioux City Iowa to grab a late lunch for my daughter and myself. When we arrived home literally 2 minutes away I noticed I was missing items I paid for, my food was ice cold, it was made incorrectly, and didn't have any meat on it! When I called the restaurant the male manager was extremely rude and told me there was nothing he could do because the food left the restaurant! I went through the drive thru! Yes my bad for not counting the items to ensure everything was there but your telling me that if you don't unwrap all your food to make sure the main ingredient (the meat)is on your food you're just out the money for overly overpriced food you paid for? And do you not have to follow health code regulations? There is no way any of that food was to temp. The male manger told me not to come back if I don't like the policy. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. If I pay for something and you refuse to give me what I paid or give me my money back that is theft. And don't worry I will glady never return. This has by far been the worst experience I've ever had, Taco Bell congratulations on setting the bar so low! Looking at the rest of the reviews this seems like a common business practice accepted by Taco Bell.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the rice on the Chicken Burrito I was served during my visit to your restaurant Taco Bell 3045 Covington Pike Memphis TN. This was my second time stopping at this location, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a significant disappointment. I ordered a Chicken Burrito, while paying a young lady ran up to the window and said they were out of rice, someone else came and told her they did have rice. When I arrived home I was shocked to find that the Burrito was filled with dried out very hard rice. Additionally, I tried to remove the hard rice from the inside of the Burrito, it turned out to be unappetizing and a big mess of dried up rice mixed with other ingredients. The quality of the food served was far below acceptable standards. This experience was completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these quality control issues to prevent such experiences for other customers in the future. Didn’t waste my time calling them they knew what they served me.

      We placed our order for several bacon AM crunchwraps without any bacon. When the food came they all had bacon. We brought it up to the counter and informed them. They insisted that their side did not say no bacon, despite several witnesses seeing it placed without bacon. They instructed us to place the order again and pay for it again without giving us a refund. We placed the order again at 10:56. At 11:01 the cashier came up to tell us that they stopped doing breakfast. We asked to speak to the manager, and instead of coming up to address the situation, she stood in the back of the kitchen and yelled at us that it's out of her control and continued to ignore us for over 45 minutes. Refunds still have not been placed, but threats to call the cops on us were made several times.

I’ve also had my food stolen twice. When asked to remake it, they deny me and steal my money. I’m so tired of this restaurant. I’m considering legal action.

      On January 5th 2024 on a Friday at 6:30 p.m. I ordered a meal for myself when I got there at the store I asked the person over the counter about my order of course I've been waiting for 16 minutes because there was others at who also ordered either by Uber eats or DoorDash when I finally talked to her she said that there was no order for me to pick up I assumed that she must have gave my order to someone else probably one of the other carriers so I followed up through the app and report that I did not receive my order and I did not get it hoping that I would get a refund no one ever hit me back on and call, text, or email I even tried to dispute it through my card that I used since I was already there I ordered another meal but this time since I had gone out to my car I decided to go through the drive-thru and I have had an issue with this kind of thing before with Taco Bell so I didn't think that I wouldn't get refunded my money surprisingly nothing has happened and it's been the whole entire month of January up until this point I haven't not heard from them and have check daily or every other day to see if they have refunded my money or had at least email me nothing has happened!

      I was discriminate against because of my race by the General Manager. I was treated like a criminal and told that I was stealing from the company. When talking to the GM about how I felt he was treating me he laughed in my face. I will say based on today experience my family and I will never eat at this establishment again. How can you eat at a place that treat you like crap.
