      I ordered a set of chrome fender flares for my 2010 ***** ***** from Stuff for Trucks. I paid up front for the product (to be ordered) & for the installation on 4-13-22 in the amount of $359.47. The installation was performed a few days later once the product arrived at their store. Everything looked good until I noticed some of the flares were falling off of the truck by the end of July 2022. I called the store to let them know & was told to bring it to them & provide a cash receipt (which I could not find) or proof of payment. I live 30 minutes away from the store & was not able to get over there until 8-2-22. I talked with **** (one of the ******) & showed him my credit card transaction invoice which displayed the date, purchase amount - $359.47, & the company STUFF FOR TRUCKS. I also showed him one of the fender flares which I found beside my truck at work. This was what alerted me to check the other fender flares of which 2 were missing. He tried to tell me that it looked damaged & that I was responsible. I told him I only drive my vehicle to and from work & that no damage was done other than the wind/rain while driving. I also told him that if you spend that kind of money for a product/installation that it should last more than a few months. He then decided that my invoice showing proof of purchase was nothing & dismissed my complaint. When I voiced displeasure at his handling & his total disregard of client satisfaction, he threatened to have me arrested. I could not believe that he had no intention of rectifying the situation & asked me to leave.

        In response to mr. ******** ’s  complaint                                                                       

       MR ********  came into store one 8-2-2022  spoke with one of our managers ****

           **** tried to explain to Him that this was way out of  return  / warranty time ( returns 14 days ) ( warranty on installed items 30 days )
           And make exemptions to rules  for a few days -  week even  ,   but this is months  over 100 days ,  way to long….

            Also customer didn’t have copy of itemized receipt  and still has not provided one ..
            I do see he has provided  a copy now of bank statement with a charge at our shop on 4-13.    so we do understand he has purchased something here about that time


        Even if  customer had itemized receipt  is still way out of return period 

       also **** tried to explain  to Him that there is so many ways we have see these damaged that is “ not a warranty "   Car Washes for example  or  just vandalism -  example mad coworker.

      There is nothing we can do for Mr ********..
