I joined Ageless's member program in the spring of 2022 to receive specials on beauty treatments. For the cost of $89.99/mo, I could receive a facial, laser treatment, or other such treatments at a discounted rate once per month. They were wonderful to work with - until I had to cancel the membership. I alerted them in July that I would be moving out of state and no longer required a subscription. In August, I was charged the $89.99 monthly fee. I emailed and called multiple times and was unable to receive a refund. They did say that they removed me from the membership program. However, in September, I was again charged $89.99. They now owe me $179.98. Every email I send is not responded to, and when I call up to the office, the ladies there tell me that they'll have to speak with the owner, and he is only available on Fridays. Then Friday comes and goes, and I receive zero communication. This has been going on for over a month, and I've received no refund. I would highly discourage anyone from joining their membership monthly subscription due to the problems of being charged for receiving no service, bad customer service, and delays in removing customers from the program.Customer response
