I bought a item from this online store they sent me some little girls **** definitely not what I ordered they told me they would resend it they never did I continued to ask about my item or my refund they made excuses I just want my money backInitial Complaint

I ordered a ************************ riding mower on August 25, 2021 for $79.99. The money was deducted from my bank account on the same day. The company stated it would take 15 weeks to receive the mower. When 15 weeks came and I still didn't have the mower, I began to reach out to the company (dxuat). The company cancelled my order on December 20,2021 and I was told I would get a full refund to the original account used. As of today, January 30, 2022, I have yet to receive my refund. I emailed the company on January 24, 2022 to inform them I'm still waiting for my refund and I was going to file a complaint with the BBB.Initial Complaint

On August 30, 2021, I purchased this product, The **** Company ********** Hose Reel Cart- Silver 200 Ft (Model NOXXXXXXXXX), for a total of $63.65 from https://www.dxuat.com/. On September 4, 2021, I had not received any sort of update or notification that the package was on its way, so reached out to ask if the product had been shipped yet, and they replied, "Dear Customer, Recently the package need to be checked more strictly, so it may be a little late. Would you pls still wait some days , then we can better to check and handle it for you, is it ok. Thanks for your understanding, and we will keep tracking it for you." After receiving that response, I asked to please cancel my order for a full refund. On Sept. 9, 2021, they agreed to cancel and refund my order. On Sept. 20th I reached out to ask when the refund would be processed on my credit card statement since it had not gone through yet. They replied on Sept. 20th saying, "I can't guarantee how long the refund will take. The fastest time is within 3 to 15 business days and you will get your refund. Maybe even longer. If you have not received a refund within this time, you can contact us again." By Nov. 19/20th (they must be in another country and not in Kentucky because my gmail shows the timestamp as Nov. 19th but it's Nov. 20th in Dxuat's system...I attached an image from my gmail to this complaint), I still had not received a refund so I inquired again, and their reply was, "I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by our refund rate. The Finance Department is processing it. We will inform you of the news. Thank you very much." It's now Dec. 9th and I still do not have a refund. I informed Dxuat that this was unacceptable and unprofessional and that I would be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. The entire email exchange is attached to this complaint.
