      On November 30, 2022 I went into CJs handmade to have two hats embroidered with a logo and the words "Cheerleading" and "#Cheerdad". I was informed that would take approximately a week and I would receive a call when finished. A week and half went by no phone call. I made a instore visit and was told that the work had yet to be completed but was going to be completed that evening. This was the week of Dec 12, as of 2/7/2023 I have had 0 contact from the store or representative after numerous phone calls to the business line and afterhours with several messages left on both phone lines as well as a ******** message to business ******** page. At this point I am seeking the refund of my $ 42.40 plus the cost of the hats $26.64. for a total of $69.04 rounding up to $70. I no longer want these due to there no longer be a need and the extremely poor customer care . I wanted items to wear to my daughters cheer competitions and the season is over in two weeks. All I want is for this to be resolved.

      On November 30th I placed an order for a memory bear to be made in promise's that I will have it by christmas. I talked to the owner on Tuesday Dec. 21st and she let me know she lost a worker but said that I would still recieve my bear by thursday before christmas. Not only did I not receive my product no contact was made. I left many voicemails and even called almost everyday for almost two weeks, never having my call returned. Finally on January 4th I emailed her about all of my failed attempts to get in touch with her, She then started to bring up a number of excuses as to why she's been "busy". Among these excuses was her claiming she didn't have enough fabric, although that has never came up before. Note that when I placed the order they said I needed more fabric so I got more, I even watched the lady place teddy bear patterns on the fabric to make sure. She said it was perfect. Among these emails The owner ****** apologized for my waiting and said she would give me my full refund back as well as my bear that I have been waiting 6 weeks for, However the next day she changed her mind and said since I was not as understanding as her other customers that I could either pick the bear or my refund. She sent me pictures showing she refunded my money however I believe it to be highly unfair after waiting for a product for 6 weeks that I don't get it anymore because of me trying to gain more clarity of the situation. So it seems the other more understanding customers will receive their money and product, I'm just not one of them. I'm not seeking an apology from the owner for being unprofessional and not making my heartfelt christmas gift for ** ***********, I'm asking that she keeps her word in making it instead of punishing me for asking too many questions.
