Bought tickets (expensive tickets) for penguin encounters. It is buried in the fine print that guests must be 6. I even called customer service before purchasing tickets snd was not told of the requirement. The purchase page does not restrict nor do you have you enter the ages of participants. Well we show up day of and are told that my 4 year old twins cannot enter and that tickets are nonrefundable. The customer service rep was borderline hostile, would not give me her name and states this happens "all the time." Another staff member admitted that the age requirement is "fine print" and that guests fall into the same predicament. So essentially there is a pattern of selling nonrefundable tickets to folks when it could be avoided by more appropriate, prominent marketing.Initial Complaint

I came all the way from Texas to see the stingray exhibit. I checked the website multiple times to make sure the exhibit would be open, and it claimed the stingrays were available all day every day. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on the aquariums part as when we arrived there were no stingrays and hadn’t been for days! They never updated their website so I wasted time and money because of their false online advertisement.
