Courier Express delivered our furniture from ************. The men that delivered were drivers, not delivery men. They had no clue on how to put a couch thru the front door. They broke our brick front stoop . And then proceeded to break our glass storm door. And damaged our loveseat and sofa while shoviing it through the front door. I didnt accept the first time and then ************ said for us to accept and then they would bring someone out to fix. ***** the owner asked that I get an estimate for the front glass storm door, which I did and he now refuses to pay no more than $100.00. and the estimate is $370. which is subject to change due to the price of glass going up. ***** said our door is as old as he is.....And yes that is correct. It's ** ********* family home built in 1940, It's very sentimental and a arched doorway.Business response
