After hearing about Missi Construction on WAKY radio over the past year, we reached out for a consultation and estimate on renovating our master shower. Rick was very professional and prompt both in all of his appointments while negotiating the contract and when he came to work. His estimate was in line with other contractors we interviewed. We liked both the fact that he offered a veterans discount and all of the positive reviews we read on the BBB website. Carl & Nancy P. 06-05-2024 Missi Construction Company's owner, Rick Missi and his family have been my friends for several years. Rick is kind, considerate, honest and hard working. When I needed a new home roof, as agreed by my homeowners insurance, I reviewed Missi Construction Home Page and found their extensive home remodeling services for Indiana (my area) and Kentucky. I spoke with Rick by phone, email and message, and during his visits with us at our home, to help decide the choices for new roofing, gutters, downspouts, and leaf screens. We further communicated to decide work schedules, our choices and the best product installation weather. Rick's pricing quote was very reasonable and within the insurance company estimate. We agreed on a detailed contract. Work began as agreed, upon optimal weather. The Missi Company's several skilled roofing and gutter workers were supervised by Rick. The old shingle removal, new double layers of protective sheeting, and the principal of new roofing were completed the first day. New style "seamless" Gutters were produced on-the-job, sealed, and installed with the screens, and completed in one day. The excellant high quality of Missi's work, attention to detail, advice on products, and the added customer requests at no extra charges were much appreciated. The staff of workers were attentive to Rick's supervision, and they took extra time to attend to details of installing the roofing and gutters, and full cleanup. As work progressed Rick communicated with us frequently on the work, the schedules, and its completion stages. Rick accommodated with us the payment schedule, as according to the phased payments by the homeowners insurance. I have recommended Missi Construction for work to several relatives, friends and neighbors. We intend to have Missi Construction quote additional work for remodeling at our home.

After meeting with several contractors, we chose Missi Construction to finish our basement.  They made what would otherwise have been a stressful experience, a pleasant one!   From the moment that the contractor came out to meet us and discuss our plans, to the moment the final touches were placed on the basement, we felt comfortable with the staff and assured that our choice to go with them, was the right one.  They had a ‘can do’ attitude and displayed professionalism at every turn.   The team was very respectful of our things, organized, and no matter the stage of work, they cleaned up EVERY time. Missi Construction exceeded my expectations, and my expectations are high.  I now have a ‘go to’ when I have remodeling work. I would definitely recommend them for whatever home improvement project that you might have!

I recently had a full kitchen and master bath done by Missi Construction. This wasn't just a remodel. It was a complete redesign, and Missi Construction did a great job! Rick and his crew were all very polite and kept the place clean. What I like best about Missi Construction though is that they were all honest and trustworthy enough for me to feel comfortable leaving them in my house alone with my wife or even all by themselves. To me that is priceless. I've recommended them many times already and will use them again in the future.

They did a great job on my mom’s living floors. They tore out the old hardwood floor and installed the new flooring. Missi Construction also did a great job on the shoe mold. I would highly recommend them.

For our 50th anniversary, we decided to remodel our kitchen. We contacted Rick Missi of Missi Construction to talk to us about what would be involved. Rick suggested several different appliance arraignments and provided us with CAD drawings to help with the visualization. Rick suggested moving the refrigerator which provides much more counter space. Rick also provided color charts and catalogs showing available cabinets and paint colors. Rick started the project by removing the old cabinets and countertops. In the meantime, he ordered all the new cabinets, built new soffits, purchased paints, cabinet, sinks and faucets and drawer handles. Next, we went to look at granite counter tops. The cabinets and drawers arrived and were installed just in time for the granite people to install the counter tops. Rick next installed the back splash we had chosen. Once set up, he finished the project by painting the kitchen, dinning area and hallway. Rick was meticulous in his work, especially his painting! He was neat and precise and and the walls and trim looked great when he was finished. He is a perfectionist…something done half-way is not good enough for him! Rick also worked on weekends to make sure the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time. We are very satisfied with the job that was done. Cost was reasonable, service was outstanding, and I do not think you could find a better construction company then Missi Construction!

I heard of Missi Construction listening to WAKY radio. He came out to look at the kitchen and listened to my ideas of wha I wanted. He gave us a very reasonable price and timeframe. He told us 4 weeks for the entire gutted kitchen, new flooring throughout the entry, kitchen and living room. We were skeptical but he kept to that timeframe. He, his helper Dave and subs were neat, clean and respectful. Rick is honest and personable. He strives for perfection and your satisfaction. Our floors and kitchen are beautiful! Would highly recommend Rick Missi Construction!

We had Rick and his crew do a total remodel of our master bathroom and it turned out fantastic. During the process, they were very polite, respectful and made sure the area was cleaned every day before they left. We have several pets, so they made sure the area was sealed off. Our shower was larger than most and Rick made recommendations on the tile work the ended up beautiful, they added a skylight that brightened up the shower area, a low slope access (no curb), a heated towel rack, a rain shower head and hand held along with a teak bench. New heated floors and a furniture grade vanity with dual lighted mirrors. It ended up as nice as any spa and we get to enjoy it everyday now. Have already recommended Missi Construction to friends and will use them again when we decide to remodel something else.
