We have reached out to Mike numerous times & he has ignored our requests & even had the audacity to ask for a glowing reference. This person is completely detached from his customers and does not seek to complete his projects with any high degree of integrity or quality. When spraying the gunite, it got on the fence & deck furniture - was never wiped up or cleaned up. When the concrete for the patio was poured, it spilled all over the coping & pool tile leaving chunks of concrete & rough edges - never cleaned up. The grout between the coping is already worn out, missing or wasn’t filled in completely. Several instances where we were told the equipment was ordered but it was not. (Pool cover & it has already been paid for, heater, pump & supplies for concrete.) Instances where he requested additional money (he had none) where we would have to pay out of pocket (outside of the payment terms) to cover him just to get the project completed. He even asked for our credit card number so he could charge items that he needed (rebar). Pool was filled with water on July 3rd, but the salt cell was not hooked up correctly and the first initial set of chemicals were never added. He told us he would reimburse us for the salt but we haven't seen any money. He does not return phone calls, does not respond to text messages. He does not handle confrontation and will tell you that you are making it “personal”. He doesn’t take your concerns or issues to heart and try to fix them; he just comes back with a snide remark or tells you he’ll fix it and never shows up. Since the first of July, we have been trying to get the below items completed: clean the pool (pre-paid for), cleaning the concreate and grout off the coping, get our pool Cover (that was pre-paid, remote to work the pool lights in the pool, fill in grout around the coping.

Do not use this company to fix your pool!! Mike said he would come out to fix our pool. I took off work 3 different times to accommodate his schedule. He didn’t show and didn’t bother to call and let me know he couldn’t make it. Finally came out to fix it and discovered it was a different size pipe than he was used to. Assured us he could still fix it but was going to charge $200 more because he had to go to ****** and purchase $20 worth of PVC. He replaced the PVC. I paid him, filled our pool up, and everything seemed perfect. 1 day later the return he had put all his elaborate plumbing on split in half and was gushing water. Mike made ZERO attempts to remedy the problem he caused and had the nerve to say it was probably already like that!! Had to have another company come out and redo all the work and they charged less. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!

Do not use this man to install your pool. Sold us used equipment as new and changed contract in the end a part that he said included he charged us 1900. Also the pump was used I couldn’t register it with company it was that old. And heater had been installed with another customer. He sold it to us as new. The pavers have waves concrete already cracked. Just not an honest person to work with.

Do not use this company for a pool installation. The pool is in but there are many unattended items that need care due to poor craftmanship. The fiberglass pool had to be dropped twice due to it being unlevel the first two times around. It is still slightly unlevel on a far corner. From this other complications have arisen such as misfiring deck jets; debris in the plumbing lines; cracking concrete (due to the employees leaving the water on clearly after they left our house for the day when filling up the pool a third time); an unpaid, but promised to pay, water bill from the second fill; unreimbursed funds from us having to obtain equipment to clean the pool (hose and vacuum head); and scratched fiberglass where they originally had tape during installation. Mike Osbourne is apparently "through" with the job for us. He does not want to or will take any further responsibility for undone and subpar work to rectify these situations. All we were asking is that a few items be attended to. But to no avail we will have to hire someone else or do it ourselves. Also are missing a pipe plug (needed for winterizing the pool in the Fall). Another added cost. The pool was not left "crystal" clean as promised. We found brick particles, gravel, rebar, and double AA batteries in the water.
