On November 16 2022, I ordered lights for my vehicle costing $1082,29. On 10 Nov 22, I ordered a bumper, winch and all accessories required for install costing $2427.40. The bumper, winch and lights were to be installed on 30 Dec 22. I received a call the day before stating that the company sent the rear bumper instead of the front bumper and that it would probably take another 2 weeks but would keep me informed and send the tracking number when the order shipped. I received no such thing. I kept calling and she kept telling me she would check the status and follow up with me which never happened. Finally got an answer back saying they had dropped the hooks off at powder coat on Feb 16th. Then they said there was issue with powder coat. I called, texted them and even sat outside the business to try to get info on when they would install my bumper. I finally asked for a full refund on 30 Apr 2022 and have been given the run around since.Initial Complaint

I purchased a **** lift kit from Wreckless Motorsports on September 12, 2021 for $2,592.64. The company confirmed my order was received (order #****) via email shortly after. In January 2022 after calling several times, they finally answered and said the lift was back ordered, but we should expect delivery in February 2022. We never got the product or any updates since then. It is now June 2022 and the company is not answering any emails, calls, ******** messages, etc. They took their payment and never sent the product. We are looking to either get a refund of our money.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase of a set of **** Headlights on May 12, 2022. The total cost for the headlights was $509.49. The item never shipped. So I asked for a refund. Today is June 9, 2022 and several attempts to get the company to refund me my money because I never received my headlights… that has yet to happen. They keep telling me they will handle it but I feel I am being scammed.Initial Complaint

Ordered 4 ***** Tires from Wreckless Motorsports on 6/17/21, was originally told that it would take 2 weeks for fulfillment. I knew going into it a Tire Shortage was happening so i was more than accommodating to wait. After waiting the two weeks i called to get an order status "let me call the distributor" no follow up call or communication back from them. I finally got one tire in August because of the demand for these tires were high, I was told it was the last one in the warehouse. I kept calling to ensure someone would keep my best interests of getting my tires a priority. Sadly it was just more of me calling and them not answering and not calling me back. ***** directly was stating that a 3-6 month back order was happening so I decided to wait, prices on these tires kept going up so I waited, it was winter time, I'm not going out in the NE cold to put tires on. Called probably once a week to get an update it just fell upon deaf ears there at Wreckless. I got another tire around April 1st after having a conversation with the owner saying I was disgusted with their customer service. Communication is key, why do I have to pester you to find out anything. Lies after lies of yeah they are being shipped to you by the end of the week, with no tracking information at all. I wouldn't trust Wreckless with your money people. Long story short I talked to the owner Lewis and told him to cancel the rest of my order and refund my money for the last two tires. It's sad to think you cant trust a small shop with your money.Customer response

Have not heard anything from the company, they stated 5-10 business days for the refund, and nothing has hit my credit card. After the grace period for the complaint is complete I'm going to get the bank involved on a fraud complaint.Initial Complaint

On 1/2 I ordered a part from wreckless. I was provided an order number through email confirmation. My credit card was charged the full amount. I have tried calling the company 3 times with no answer as the person who handles sales never answers the phone. I have also emailed them 2 times with no response to the emails sent. I truly understand the post COVID era of items being back ordered or longer than normal processing times. We are now approaching 4 months and not a single word of communication from the company. Even an email back stating the delays and what is causing them would make a world of difference. I am over it now. Either send me the part of refund my money to the credit card used. I have never dealt with a company that has this bad of communicationInitial Complaint

Hello. I purchased 2 sets of shock absorbersfront and rear) on July 12, 1021. The rear set arrived, but they were different than the item description. The front shocks never came in. order #****. $1449.95 email sent 10/18/21 requesting order cancelation....no response This company will refuses to answer my phone calls(unless I call from a different phone each time.) They will not answer email or text either. I decided to call from a different phone # and to my surprise they answered. On 12/8/21 I spoke to ***** ******* I told him it is taking too long and to please cancel my order. He obliged and stated that if they weren't already shipped, a refund would be issued in 5-10 days. The next day, I found another phone to call these guys and it once again worked! This time I spoke to ****** and she apogized saying email was down. She said the cancelation would be confirmed by email and that I should receive a credit in 5 to 10 days. They just tell you what you want to hear. Please help me. I really appreciate the BBBBusiness response
