5/3/2023 I went to Dream nails for a manicure and when i was leaving and got ready to pay i handed them my debit card and they told me there would be an fee for using my card instead of paying cash. There was not a sign posted anywhere in the store or they never told me this before i had my manicure done. I could have went across the street to the ATM and got cash or have gone to another salon if i would have known this. I was charged $10 extra for using my debit card. $10 is absolutely ridiculous for a fee on a manicure.Business response

This is in reference to a complaint filed by our customer. She had two different services performed by us at Dream Nails. We told her there would be a $5.00 fee for “each” on her debit card and perhaps she didn’t hear our response but in the selection book which she may not have read it gives the cost of each service. So she selected the two services and was charged a total of $10.00.
We’re sorry if she didn’t hear our reply but that’s our fee.
