On October 14, 2022, I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe from 27 Auto Sales, as well as an extended warranty for $2,500 and GAP insurance for $999 through *** *****. At that time, I was ***vided 60-day temporary tags for the vehicle. On December 12th, I had the vehicle inspected by the state of ***** Carolina, so that I may obtain new plates. After waiting at the NCDMV for three hours, I learned the title to my new automobile was never forwarded. I was told they only had a record of the 2017 Volkswagen Jetta, that I traded in for the Hyundai Santa Fe ($8500 trade-in value). As of today's date, ********* ***** Bank (account # *********** ****) does not possess a lien statement for this loan. As a matter of fact, ****** with ********* ***** Bank contacted the Kentucky DMV and they indicated the title is still registered to 27 Auto Sales, LLC. On January 13th the engine on the vehicle I purchased failed. On January 16, 2023, I contacted ****** Gordon with 27 Auto Sales to obtain a copy of my warranty as it was not ***vided at the time of purchase, which she was unable to ***vide. I, then, contacted *** ***** directly on January 17, 2023, to request a copy of the warranty and to my surprise, they had no record a warranty or GAP insurance policy was purchased in my name at the time of sale. I then sent a strongly worded email to Ms. Gordon on January 20th as I still had not heard from Ms. Gordon. Please see attached. On January 23rd, my car was towed from ********* in ********* to South ********* Hyundai for a ***per inspection of the engine ($149.92). On January 25th, I was informed the automobile will need a new engine. Because 27 Auto Sales never ***vided me with the warranty paperwork to sign, it was clear, I was without a warranty. However, I was billed $2,500 for an extended warranty, $999 for GAP insurance, and $395 for a dealer document fee. On January 28th my significant other obtained a trailer from Ms. Gordon and drove to ********* (where I live) from Kentucky (where he lives) to bring the car back to 27 Auto Sales to have them repair it, in good faith. At that time, Ms. Gordon ***vided me with the only automobile from her lot that has a clean title. She indicated the remaining vehicles still had liens with the auction houses she purchased them from. At that time, she informed me she would contact ********* ***** Bank to have the fees mentioned above removed from the loan. Yesterday, I spoke with ****** at said bank and she informed me that Ms. Gordon would not be able to have the fees removed from the loan. She will need to refund the fees in the amount of $3,894 directly to me. I have yet to receive any payment. On February 17th whilst driving to Somerset to visit my significant other (***** ****), the loaner car Ms. Gordon ***vided me broke down at a gas station just outside of Knoxville, TN. It took Ms. Gordon nine days to repair that vehicle (2015 Chevy Equinox). Obviously, I had to stay in Kentucky until she decided to fix the loaned vehicle, as I was unable to drive back to *********. I have sent several text messages to Ms. Gordon with very little response. Please see the attached text strand.

Purchased a small car for the purpose of traveling with my job. Was promised that several things had been replaced and or fixed on the car. After purchasing, I have spend over a thousand dollars to fix the things they said they had taken care of. I’ve had the car for 3 months and they still hadn’t submitted the title change or had not gotten a new tag for my car despite the number of times I called. When trying to discuss with them about all the repairs they were dishonest about, I was yelled and screamed at. The only way to get a resolution on the title and tags was to have law enforcement meet me at the place of business! Very disappointing.

So they had my car for a whole month to rebuild the engine. It turns out they traded in a car and was given 10k in trade in credit for a GMC. The first week the power steering line blew. She fixed it free but cost me a tow. Then the next month before my first payment was due the motor seized. They said they would fix it. That took over a month. Turns out the got the motor from a junk yard and never disclosed that information to me. Then we finally got it back just for a month and half later the motor went again. Cost me two tows this time. This is when i found out theybought a used one from the junk yard. Got it back less than two months later same issue motor is seized up. ...ended up towing to one place then their lot...I made 4 payments and didn't even have the car one of those months. Refuses to buy my car back, so I lost the 10k in trade in from back in October. Plus I made 4 payments of 208$. Also I was told the low tire light was because it sat on the lot had it checked tires had dry rot

On July 16, 2022 we purchased a vehicle from Somerset Auto Group also known as 27 Auto in Somerset, Ky. Two days after we bought it the transmission went out. After many days of back and forth we had to contact the Finance company to get the Owner Serena to call us. She reassured me she would pay to fix what the warranty wouldn’t cover. Here we are now almost 45 days later and my first payment due and we still do not have our van. Serena lied and said she would pay to fix it and she is now ghosting us and will not pay the bill. The dealership (who is fixing it) will not release our vehicle until the bill is paid. The “as is” paperwork should include reasonable expectations as we paid over $9,000 for this vehicle and the owner of the business made a promise to pay but backed out because she wanted to put used parts in our van and not pay for additional repairs because the Axel, Knuckle and Hub assembly was ordered new and she expected us to accept junk yard parts. She also told myself and the finance company she would pay the deductible on the warranty and the repairs not covered by the warranty. They ripped off a cancer patient. They lied and took advantage of me.

The company states the customer purchased the vehicle as-is and has a third party warranty. The company contends that if the third party warranty company doesn't something on the vehicle, their dealership is not responsible for those repairs.  The paperwork from the deal clearly indicates the vehicle was sold as-is by the dealership.

We traded in a car we owed in to 27 auto sales they never paid of the trade in and we are now in trouble with the other cars credit company abound because they never paid the car off as promised and they also illegal already sold the car to someone else with the title having a lean on it also the car we got from them also doesn't haven't a title in there name so I'm not sure if I'm even gonna receive a title for the car I'm now driving from them. Also it was not reported to the credit reporters because a payment was never received from 27 auto sales and now our credit is messed up.
