On July 15th I contracted with this shipper, ****** ********** via Shiply, to ship three items from Long Island to Fort Collins, CO. The pick up was supposed to happen on July 30 for delivery on August 1. ****** requested $350 advanced payment which I mailed to him using a cashier's check and certified mail. The US Postal Service confirmed the check was received. ****** stopped corresponding with me and did not pick up the items. I canceled with Shiply and received a refund for the $176 deposit I paid through them. They have said I need to get the $350 back from ****** of S&J Transportation. I have requested a refund but he does not respond to my notes. I ask the BBB to step in and request that I be refunded. Those three items I was going to give to my daughter are not being shipped and I am very disappointed. Thank you so much for your help.
