False advertising! An advertisement offering 40 cents a gallon.... Even posted it on the sing in front of the station!!! But the employees couldn't change the prices on the pump blaming corporate for the problem!! After waiting 45 minutes and hearing they would not be adjusting the pump prices we left.....

On the evening of August 31, 2023 around 4:35 PM I went into the Circle K located at 3289 Hyland Rd, near LSU's campus. As I approached to get in line, there was a young man standing there with a lot of thread locks covering his face, and a young girl with long hair bread extensions have a cussing conversation with obviously someone she knew. It was no urgency to wait on me for any of my shopping needs. I was the next customer in line and literally waited at least 30-40 seconds for the guy to ask me what needed and the whole while he was just standing there with a stoic expression on his face, as if he did not want to serve me or be at work. I do not know or care what the issue was. He then nodded his head for me to come over. When I approached, I said nicely in fact, "I'd like to get two money orders." The clerk said, "We don't see sell money orders." I asked when they stopped selling money orders and informed him that I had bought money orders there before. He then turned to the girl who now on a latter, she turned back said that the money order machine had not been fixed, but she said it moving her face forward to have an attitude. I asked the young man at that point if it were ok that I get lot tickets. He again turned to her as if he did not want to serve me. I had done nothing to this person, and even stated such. So finally, he slowly begins to process the tickets I gave him. All the while, he kept turning away and motioning to the young girl. The rudeness and unprofessional at this store are insurmountable. I tried to call several times to report the issue to management, but no one answered the phone.
