      More of the same here. Communication at beginning to schedule appointment was fine. Downhill from there. They called to come out on the wrong day, then on the day they were supposed to come out they never showed - in fact, they didn't even call and wouldn't return my call or my text. My wife changed her morning appointment times so she could be at the house when they were supposed to show up, and again, no show and no communication. They were recommended by American Home Shield, who I am also about to cancel for their incompetence.

      Showed up for the initial appointment, took the service fee, said they needed to order parts and I have not heard back from them again!!!! Only giving 1 star because I cant leave 0

      This company has been send to our home four times by American Home Shield to fix a problem with our icemaker. Parts had to be ordered and took longer than usual to arrive. The last time two men came out (on Monday, November 22, 2021) supposedly with the parts to finish the job. However, the part did not work, and eventually they admitted that another part would be needed. Several hours after they left, we noticed that a wrapped gift which had been on the dining room table (directly in their path from the kitchen to the front door) was missing. It was a small package which was intended for our granddaughter who was coming to visit the next day. We tried to call the company but our calls were not answered or returned. We have now turned the matter over to the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office for investigation. It's really sad when you can't trust people who are sent into your home to be honest and not be thieves. The gift they stole has probably been pawned or sold by now; it was a family heirloom to be passed on to our granddaughter when she turned 18. The loss is terrible for us! Added to the incompetence of the repair effort, we cannot give very high marks to this company.

      I spoke with Mr. and Mrs. ****** on the phone and in person. I expressed my deepest regret for the issues in their home. I explained that sometimes our technicians may have difficulty figuring out complicated issues with appliances and sometimes we make mistakes. I returned their service fee and explained I would have their warranty company send another contractor that may be more familiar with their refrigerator issue. In regards to their missing property, Although, I don't have any proof that my technicians took it. I believe that the ********* are sincere in their belief my technicians stole their property. I explained that we do not tolerate any technician stealing or otherwise violating basic good conduct in our customers' homes. I assured Mr. and Mrs. ****** that we would cooperate fully with the sheriff and have already been in contact with the investigator. I have dismissed the technicians involved and I have vowed to make them whole if we cannot find their belongings. I told them how embarrassed I was and that I would frequently update them. I also made sure they had my personal cell phone so they could reach me directly.
