      Purchased a new vehicle in 2023. ******* ******** Sold me the vehicle along with a “HondaCar”. Beside from the unprofessional salesman i dealt with, “HondaCar” was never sold to me but instead their 3rd party program was. After assuring me my vehicle would be covered for 5years/60,000 miles at any Honda dealer. I recently had my vehicle serviced at another dealer and was informed I was never signed up for HondaCare. After Contacting team Honda multiple times and once I figured out their”old financing person” put me on the wrong program. Team Honda was to email me a cancellation maintenance service agreement. After speaking with Jeff and their current finance”director” I’m still waiting for the paperwork. I’m sure their response would be they were busy or something was wrong on my end but I will not be satisfied until receive the paperwork they committed to sending to me for the false maintenance agreement. Side note: Never deal with ******* ********. He is one of the most unprofessional salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Not trust worthy, doesn’t stick to his end of the deal and very dishonest.

      Dates and the diagnosis is uploaded Team honda should refund me for the turbo charger .fix the car to be traded in . do to there 3 diagnosis.

      To whom it may concern, 
              ******** ****** came in on Feb 26 2024 with several warning lights on the dash as well as splash shield damage. We found a turbo under boost code set as well as an error for the brake circuit due to dried liquid in the switch. We recommended a turbo charger, Electronic parking brake actuator harness, and possible dash harness/electric brake switch due to the liquid. ******** ****** declined all repairs
               She returned a couple of days later and handled the brake harness.  
               ******** ****** came back in on 4/2/24 and approved to have the turbo charger replaced, which we did. 
               Ms. ****** came back on 4/5 saying that she is sputtering while driving. We investigated and found oil level very low and dark. We removed the spool valve and found oil sludge from lack of prompt oil changes in engine. We also had a regulator in the fuel pump failing as verified by live data fuel pressures. We recommended spool valve/oil change and entire fuel pump module. Customer declined repairs. We took care of charges. 
                Ms. ****** called on 4/9 saying that the vehicle will not start. Team Honda paid to have the vehicle towed. We also put Ms. ****** in a rental vehicle at our expense to investigate. We found DTC p0341 for timing out of phase due to lack of oil changes. Fuel pressure was checked and verified good at that time. Checked timing. Timing is ok at that time. We found that engine coolant starts to leak into the cylinders after the vehicle sits for several hours. We verified with a borescope that coolant is leaking between cylinders 2 and 3. We recommend that the head gasket is replaced with new head studs, and timing chain/related parts(due to lack of maintenance). Customer declined repairs.

      I went in team Honda dealership 2:00 Saturday May 7 20 22 2 men's meet me at the front door greet me so they asked me what I was here for I told them to close my gap insurance on a 2018 Honda Accord I total loss in January 5th so they told me for to have a seat they asked me who was the salesman at the time when I had the 2018 Honda Accord I told him ******** people ******** people came out and so did another man in the finance department so ******** people told me that he'll be right back he never showed back up until a hour later I was sitting outside at the time in front of the dealership me and my granddaughter 2:30 3:00 rollback ******** people came back and said he was going to get the car that we were talking about last Saturday and let me see it he never showed back up with the car or him in person so I walk back in the dealership and said back down waiting on ******** people and one of the finance department guy that I talked to at first when I first came in 3:00 3:30 rolled by ******** people did not come back out so I asked one of the salesman can they go get the girls talking to about closing my gap insurance account so the guy went back there and got the the financial man I wanted his office he said he can't close it without the letter saying that my car pay the full I told him that I gave it to **** people when I came out the followers Saturday the guy called **** and ask him where is was my letter from Capital One ****** gave him Last Saturday ******** said he couldn't find it long story short ******** people never came back to service me other salesman walking pass me like I'm Casper Ghost don't see me set here when nobody else was in the dealership the dealership was pack when I first got there 2pm it was empty 3:30 and I was still there for 5 hours just to sign a paper to close Gap Insurance 😭 on a 2018 Honda Accord Sport that someone hit me total lost I was so mad I was crying 😭 a hold day going I couldnt purchase another car Team Honda

We have apologized to her regarding any time she spent at the dealership regarding this matter. In regards to her gap cancellation we also informed Ms. ******* that we were informed by ******* *** **** *******e, when we cancelled her other ancillary products to not cancel the gap policy until we received a proof of zero balance or lien release. I am attaching that request from Capital One to this email. We are more than happy to assist in the gap cancellation once the lien holder allows us to do so. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding this matter please feel free to let me know.

      I Brought the , HONDA-PILOT-2021 05/24/2021 The Driver Side Mirror is defected, As per the Team-Honda Service Dept. It need to be Replace, I called Several Time But they are unable to give me a time, When they are going to replace it. The driver side, Mirror is Shaking badly its Dangerous to drive the Vehicle, Some one need to help me out.
